I agree I would like to know the exact amount of subscriber's and I hope they update us with a precise amount of UK subscriber's. But 50? up is very impressive in such a short time with any business sales. It's positive news for this company.

Barclays have asked for all of the money from Timg if they can’t raise more money :

Barclays has requested that all proceeds from the Disposal and the related release of deposits should be placed into a security realisation account only to be released on the basis that the Company can demonstrate that it can raise further funds to invest in the UK business.

So what is next? A placing if tpop want the sale money from Ting.

50% increase.. on a monthly figure... I stated before.. the company are not coming clean on what this means.. if net new subscribers in a month was 100.. then 50% increase is 50... the Uk operations only has 10,000 subscribers.. so have they increased to say 15,000? Why don’t the company put real figures in front of investors?

Well there's less cash burn now the USA business has been sold off, keeping in mind there licence still holds for a possible future business platform. Also there UK business will be more lucrative with the extra 30? from the cost's that will be saved from the USA disposal. The sign ups in the UK business is on a massive increase of 50? since march 2017, The mkcap is only 450k . Barclay's would have asked for the full balance returned from Ting if they thought they wouldn't get there money back in 2020.

Tell me why you disagree?
They get a bridging loan what next?
No raise and they return to profitability?
Or a raise at 0.01 or price to buy now?
I am invested... but not worth my bother to sell as it will get my an evening meal.. what reason is there for me to average down?

Well Delato you don’t seem to listen to facts...
700k is not coming in the bank.. it’s 700k usd at most.. which is 500k gbp.. the board have said most likely the figure will be lower... then there is 1m gbp of secured debt... and cash of 500k gbp.. but what liabilities do they have.. they need to raise at least 1m gbp to stay a float and likely it will be done at 0.001..

You slated the board before and said they were useless.. why do you think they will turn it around?

Considering you think you know it all, I would of thought you would know that the late trades are from days or weeks ago and mm's offload them or disabled them after trading and can go back months. Once there out the way as it looks like they are, hence the rise today, then it's going to move up on small volumes. Your negative views are getting obsessive and tiering. If you don't like the company and your not invested, why are you still here and not in the company's you do like or invested. Please tell me this as that is something I don't understand . Much appreciated thanks.

A bridging loan would be unsecured as the Barclays clan (I think) is secured on all of TPO.

Will it rocket On announcement of a bridging loan? Would that be the loan to bridge at placing at 0.01? Currently 0.18 to buy..

I'm sure the Bridging loan will be secured any day now. Then they will get the potential 700k from Ting and the original agreement with Barclay's will stand. The agreement being that the first installment starting 31st jan 2020. This will rocket soon as the bridging loan is announced.

Probably just a hacked account... why would he something like that?

But very amusing is the 20 year old photo that Jimmy Wales uses. Makes you laugh. Remember also that Jimmy used to run a website for "glamour photography." Do a Google search on this, and see what you find.

It was disgusting hardcore porn that he has liked. The chairman of the company ( it wasn’t the CEO) will have a red face when barclays and the charities bring this up.

Wonder if he is watching pornography on twitter with a free Data from a Company sim?

This guy on twitter picked up on it

When a CEO of a company likes porn on twitter it's doesn't bode well for future relations.

Even Yorkville won’t lend when there is security over the assets.. the debt is too large. The Directors are pretty stupid with their money so if the bridging loan comes they will put it in. Janet already put in over 1m pounds.. expect her to put in another 1m.. but at a discount..

TPO will never get a bridging loan. The loan from Barclays is secured, so any other loan would be unsecured. I guess the only option is a loan from Wonga!

Deplorable for the Board to refer to Barclays in the heading. Should way "secured lender." Barclays have security over all TPO companies and can close the company down very swiftly.
