Cannot think of any reason why this won't go bust in next few months.

380k cap. Still plenty of room for a further fall.

Agree. It's all smoke and mirrors to hide the true picture.

The board do like to hide the real picture... assisted by the deluded Nick who does PR..

50% increase in net new sign ups? Board come clean.. does this mean in one month there were 200 new subscribers and a 50% increase is 100? Why don’t you actually put out figures...

I can see the Directors liability insurance being used in a derivative action when the business goes under.

just questioning it. Don't understand the claim about the 50%. Whether correct ore not, TPO is overvalued. They won't get $700k for US customers, it will take time to process and will be a lot less. Meanwhile, the bank will be getting nervous.

The can't say there's a 50? increase in sign up since March last year if it's not true. That's I big jump in a year so it must be doing something right. Business as usual. Very undervalued at 450k mkcap.

The RNS was a total disaster, revealing that the CEO and the Board have no idea how to run TPO. It lists one big problem after another. The comment about an uplift in net signups is highly suspicious. I wonder whether this is not 100% true, because very little is made up it. It should be the sign of a new dawn, but apparently isn't.
Listen -- I can hear a voice. It's a fat lady singing. It's over, people.

Nick/TimmyDog... wonder if Barclays will approve the sale and whether they want all of the 700k usd used to repay the debt?

Accounts for 2017 have to be filed by 30 June. They are leaving it very late. I guess the auditors will give a qualified opinion.

RFC, your wrong there as funding will be only necessary if share holder's vote against the disposal of the US business. Also back in December the share price dropped to around 0.10 so that would give the company a mkcap of 3million with the total shares of 3.2 Billion. We will see how this pans out but this is priced at rock bottom and below cash balance held and potential 700k from Ting.

Delato you mention no raise if the us sale goes ahead.. why are they changing the nominal in that case?

The market cap has been as low as 150k.. look at the shares in issue in December 2017.

The mkcap has never been as low as 150k. The lowest was Friday at 450k.Theres not going to be any dilution if it's past by share holder's on the 25 june to close its platforms in the USA and concentrate on the UK market as it's more profitable. This will be passed, and the Barclay's loan of 1m won't have to be repaid until the 31st Jan 2020, see RNS (31 Jan 2018. ) If Barclay's don't ask for all the transaction money of up to 700k from Ting then the company won't need to raise further funds. It's a shame to see the share price so low as this was over £1,25 a share back in the beginning of 2015. GL.

Last time the management diluted they did so at a market cap of 150k!!! The nominal will be changed to 0.01 and we are trading at 0.02 expect them to raise at this price.

Sales in the UK are up 50 percent from march 2017 so that's the reason there concentrating on the UK market. Even the lucrative companies borrow money as it's cheap too. With a mkcap of 450k and with a growing membership base that's doubled in 12 months, then I'm sure funding and profits will follow shortly. Most of the news was already said in the last rns anyway so why the big drama from past loser's I wonder. The company as it stands is well undervalued from 450k mkcap. This will move up next week when the company's value is realised.

What can a new Board do? TPO needs 5 to 10 million and then it still would not break even. It is too late.

Wonder if their banker agrees with the sale? No matter what company/shareholders decide.
Barclays has the final sale on the sale.
Wonder if they want to keep all the cash from the sale and raise more..?

700k usd.. it’s not guaranteed... how can there be an upfront payment of the full amount if it is dependent on subscribers being succesfully onboarded to the new buyer?
The board need to come clean about how much cash will come in the bank when the GM is concluded.. I say max 350k usd.
Most of money will go back to paying the bank debt of 1m pounds.

Most of today's news was already said in the last rns. Well anyway they have over 500k cash and another potential 700k so I'll keep the shares I hold as this could bounce from this level. Business from the UK is more profitable anyway that's why there ending sales in the U.S, so they can concentrate pushing sales here. All this was said in the last rns. GLA.

The proposal to split shares into 2 won't work. The share price will fall below the lower figure of 0.001p today. What a preventable shambles. Delisting this month I expect.
