Board are desperate releasing rns titles “Update Barclays”.. seems they are trying to name and shame their lender for their own faults of screwing shareholders money. A half decent and professional board would have said “Update with regard to secured lender”.

Apologies you are right.0125. X 140M shares in issue.So 175k cap. Now I can see you clearly are a director moaning over 25k cap when you squandered nearly 3M in 6 months and a placing at .01 when the share price was .04pShame on management . Total incompetence and a lack of vision and experience. I have a question. Have any directors got loans out with the company ? Answers on a post card

If that was the case they would of asked for the full amount and would not suggest a holding account. This looks very positive and suggests Barclay's still have optimistic views that the company will deliver. Mkcap was never 150k as December announcement dropped the share price to 0.10 at a mkcap of 3m with the new listed shares at 3.2 b shares. You will see the bridging loan met as I've traded for over 22 years and know the positives when I see them . This is my opinion that is true to the best of my ability, and expect the same back without biased opinion's.

Correct - it cannot get any worse. No one is going to lend these clowns some money, no one at all. Barclays are trying, understandably, to claw back what they can.

Delato.. it has only 150m shares in issue in December when they announced conditional raise..

History is history.. have you seen the rns about seeking a bridging loan? It can’t get any worse!!

14 percent you mean , You three need to move on as it's obvious there's a bitter taste left in your mouth's. Never been in a share with so many bitter old holders with the intention to put-off new investor's. Just move on if you don't like it. You must be interested if your hanging around here or why else would you spend your time all...all... day ..yuan.

Oil, Tell me the date and how many shares in issue at the time the mkcap was 150k, as I've looked back to the very beginning 2014 when the share price was £1.20. Remember incorrect information posted is a liable offence and could be reported.

Mkcap has never been 150k as you know. Lowest was 450k and that's ridiculously low . I see you waited to post when the share price dropped 14?. To sell 10m at 0.0115 is just desperate and inpatient.

Deltalo- seems people are very cautious to take a gamble.. nominal going to move to 1 and they will place at this level if we judge them on their actions at the last raise when the market cap was 150k

Thomstar well if you invested 1000 pounds at placing price well selling for 100 pounds isn’t really worth it. However people thinking to buy in big in the chance of profit will be sorry...
The board just want to continue as usual burning cash and selling valuable assets on the cheap. Clueless.
Janet simply doesn’t have a clue about running a business. She put in 700k at one point and hasn’t learned any lessons.

Nice to see it's in the blue. There's every chance that the Barclay's loan will carry on from the original agreement, that it would pay instalments starting from the 31jan 2020 as stated in the 31st jan 2018 rns . If Barclay's still agree to that then we will see a massive rise in share price The accounts should be out in the next week or two. I'm confident this will come good and I'm holding in. GL all holders.
