Well, there is so much bad news in the RNS. In the US customers can easily switch providers; besides, many will not want to migrate to Ting. Typically, you would expect less than 50% to migrate. This halves the proceeds -- and then TPO has to account for the costs of closing down the US operations. Net proceeds will be close to zero. And there is little cash left. The 2017 annual accounts will get a qualified opinion and TPO will be delisted. Curtains end end credits.

I would be very surprised if TPO received an unqualified audit report for 2017. Low cash balance, disappearing sales, no further funding on offer. Bye, bye TPO.

Thinking is it a good trade?
Well no news expected before results.. and right after results they will call an AGM..for sure they will do a consolidation .
That would indicate another discount raise..

They have been told time and time again..
Dump your charity offering.. its failed for years.. they need to find an USP in the MVNO market that makes money.. if they can’t because they view the business as too competitive with the likes of Virgin..they should close down the whole business.

What can I say. Company run on socialist principles can't make money. Reminds me of a Labour government! Not that I am a raving Conservative; it's just that a business needs to run on the principle of making money not on looking to raise money every so often the time to keep afloat.
