If they are to do a placing soulsauce the re-list needs to happen first. Disappointing that no mention was made of this in the RNS.

Yes it does seem pretty good uknighted and with that in mind you would think they would be able to sell this now producing copper mine for a decent value to new investors.

But if the rumours are right and they are raising circa £4m @ 12p they are valuing their share of the mine and business at £7.24m - ridiculous.

We will see what transpires but if it is 12p it will be proper snouts in the trough and a single digit raised to existing shareholders.

Mining recommenced on 10/10/19 and the 90% down payment for October is US$3.4m.
That’s pretty good!

Apparently they don't. Someone seemingly in the know on lse suggests they are hoping to wrap it up next week.
Unfortunately existing shareholders are going to get mugged off again with the placing price being circa 12p.

It is a bit of a worry now that they have all the cash they need so don't need a listing anymore.

They recently raised cash at 16p and then said they are looking for another 800 grand. With the other money involved I think 800 grand will be easy to raise and i would be surprised if any stock was issued at less than 16p but they may include a warrant. It can't be far away now surely.

Would rather not but he talks of being dependant on market interest and appetite of new investors to become financially stable.
Neither are going to be forthcoming in any meaningful amount unless they get a kick back.

Prepare for bending over again in my opinion.

Yes there is that chance encarter and much comes down to how much you believe in this so-called band of experts to carry this company forward in a much improved way than they have done in the last 3yrs.
And like I say you will be able to gauge some of that from what price they get the raising away as it will go some way in showing what confidence the market has.
