Yes what a mess. The commodity market has always been challenging over the last several years. The whole plan was to take poorly performing mines and sprinkle their experience over them.
And who is keeping the lights on with no money left.

Looks like a deal is still on, just revising terms. Might get Minto cheaper to facilitate the fund raise, likely to reflect this lower valuation.

Hopefully it's still to be a good outcome all round.
