04/6/2019 17:05 | True it's a third but we are really getting it for free as we pay for it from the profits it makes. Great deal. | encarter
04/6/2019 10:17 | No because that equates to 1.6p you will be back in profit IF the share price ever reaches 35.1p | soulsauce
04/6/2019 10:14 | I'm holding at 3.50p. Will I be in profit on relisting and consolidation at 16p? | bazzerhino
04/6/2019 10:13 | I'm holding at 3.50p. Will I be in profit on relisting and consolidation at 16p? | bazzerhino
04/6/2019 10:05 | Post consolidation there was 22.35m shares in issue plus another 2 5m shares at 16p for the raising. So at mid price of 15p the mkt cap should be circa £3.75m with initial debt of $10m plus payments when back in operation. Doesn't say if we still have the off take agreement in place? But still for a mine we were going to pay $40m for the mkt cap looks small and probably should be nearer £10m. | soulsauce
04/6/2019 09:23 | At least we can keep holding longer term as the market might value the company up and above 16p a share with growth prospects for copper. Production to start later this year and with $10m debt funding. A bit of a blow from the previous 50p price tag for equity but at 16p and £400k raise not too much equity dilution. Look forward to it coming back. | nick rubens
04/6/2019 08:31 | RNS short on re-listing details but good to see something happening nonetheless. | uknighted
04/6/2019 08:12 | Because their money has been locked in for so long. I suppose it all depends on what the mkt cap of the company will be once the suspension is lifted. But if it is so undervalued why could they only get 16p a share? | soulsauce
04/6/2019 08:09 | Jamadan fair comment, I think most of us had probably written it off 😕 | soulsauce
04/6/2019 08:07 | Soulsauce....what's the point, at least now we have a mine which will be generating revenue. I personally would have sold if my shares were valued at 5p. Yes there will be those who will want their money back but at a very small premium to closing price I'm happy to let mine ride...I'd written the money off anyway! | jamdan1
04/6/2019 08:04 | Really ross you don't see a rush for the exit post suspension? | soulsauce
04/6/2019 08:02 | You're welcome Jamadan. | soulsauce
04/6/2019 08:02 | Yes encarter they do seem to have got it for much less than the initial asking price with fairly favourable terms. | soulsauce
04/6/2019 08:00 | Thanks Soulsauce.... | jamdan1
04/6/2019 07:59 | Yes in old money where the suspension price was 1.25p | soulsauce
04/6/2019 07:59 | They were valuing your shares at 50p now they are going to be 16p.The deal for the mine is very good though. | encarter
04/6/2019 07:58 | Which is what I thought. Our new shares are equivalent to 1.6 p | jamdan1 |
