Come on Pembridge Resources, it was claimed you have the connections and the know how to do the deals.

Prove the doubting thomases wrong, because to date I am unimpresed.

You raised money by diluting my shareholding supposedly giving the shares away to the new backers, and then you stab them in the back with poor management.

Prove us wrong.

Uknighted there is no evidence to suggest Capstone wanted to rethink the deal, read the last RNS. All the evidence is that Pembridge have been unable to raise the original amount due to their apparent ineptitude, arrogance and betting on a strengthening copper price.

They have managed the whole thing appallingly and shareholders continue to suffer.

I also think they were too quick to show investors how clever they are by telling the market what deal they were negotiating with the Japanese and that caused the vendor to rethink the deal.

They didnt exactly say they would update soulsauce.'Commitments for the significant majority of the financing are still in place, and we are in ongoing discussions with a number of parties to complete the final elements of a revised offer for Minto.  Capstone and our off-take partners have been very supportive of the decision to restructure the terms of the Minto Acquisition.  It is therefore anticipated that an amended agreement will be reached in the best interests of both Pembridge, Capstone and their respective shareholders in the near future."
