Just received a reply to the 2 emails sent to Pembridge HO in the last month:

“I apologise for not replying to your email. The Minto deal is continuing and will hopefully be completed soon, followed by relisting. Unfortunately, due to regulations, I can not give any further information. Thank you for your patience which is greatly appreciated.

DeL Boy has always maintained that one of the main priorities was to look after existing shareholders.
I can say with all confidence there is no resemblance to that remark with what is happening here and if it does come back at a discount to the current share price then that will be yet another kick in the gonads for existing shareholders and a huge climb down from the 50p proposed last summer.

Utter disgrace.

An unacceptable performance, Pembridge Resources.

You could have had a small loyal base of investors to support you going forward.

Instead , through poor coms you have alienated your potential supporters.

This needs rectification and fast.

Someone on lse managed to get through by phone but reading between the lines it doesn't sound like they are much further on.

Look at the Proactive clip at the outset last February. Look at the body language and facial expressions of DL which don't match the b*llsh*t coming out of his mouth.



Not sure we will ever see this come back. Livid!!
