02/7/2023 06:56 | I see it as a potential doubler. | p1nkfish
02/7/2023 06:54 | Just taking down debt and working on ARR improvement. Potentially very positive upside and undervalued but timing a change in sentiment, or a bid, is next to impossible. | p1nkfish
01/7/2023 17:23 | I was just taking another look at these and I'm convinced that as long as trading carries on in the vein that it has these shares are very cheap. Looking at the results for last year the operating business made a post tax profit of around £3m. O.k that may be a little flattered by the fact that they are capitalising a fair bit more of their costs than they are amortising but surely this would still be worth substantially more than the EV of £15m to someone. Hopefully Kestrel will try to realise some value for all of us soon. | arthur_lame_stocks
28/6/2023 15:06 | No I didn't attend this year. I suspect trading is largely unchanged from the most recent update. | norbert colon
28/6/2023 13:51 | Did anyone go to the AGM today? I notice there is no AGM trading update. I just wondered if there were any hints about how trading is going at the moment. | arthur_lame_stocks
19/5/2023 13:33 | Good news on 18th too. | p1nkfish
17/5/2023 23:29 | A couple of pieces of news on 16th & 17th May on the website, comes across as positive and ambitious. | p1nkfish
28/4/2023 00:13 | finnCap has updated forecasts and added for 2024. On today's new mid of 8.25 and finnC's eps 24 of 1.5 we have p/e 5.5 - hardly demanding! | sharw
26/4/2023 17:26 | I agree Jim. It looks a good take-out target. Only read it quickly so far but 2 Directors not to be replaced (?) so their total package cost is saved. Some impact no doubt due to placing inventory in stock to avoid lead-time issues. Having a more in depth read later. They have been focusing on product development that costs and I'm confident that will payback going forward. Would like to know how NAB went. It's screaming to be acquired imho and at a decent premium to today's price. If not it should still be able to stand on its own two feet and grow imho. | p1nkfish
26/4/2023 17:10 | The results were in line with guidance and there is a strong Q1 outlook comment which are both encouraging. The company continues to pay down legacy bank debt which has moved from an existential risk to a well controlled debt balance which continues to recede. There seems to have been much investment in the solution they offer and this looks likely to start paying back over the next few years. I suspect they would be better off part of a larger company, enabling many areas of duplicate/ unecessary costs to be removed and lartger scale investment made, but the current share price does not reflect the heavy lifting of the past few years or market recognition of the value of the company. | jim208
26/4/2023 15:00 | any comments on rodays update rns- poutlook for rest of year in line | ali47fish
21/4/2023 19:45 | Interesting that at the end of NAB week the volume today is 2.4x the previous 3M average daily volume. Low £ value overall but a good tick- up in volume for what is normally expected in PEB and have seen no rush for the door. Some overhang to clear though. | p1nkfish
21/4/2023 18:24 | Need a forward look, the Jan announcement was thorough for 2022. Debt and 2023 expectations will matter most imho. | p1nkfish
21/4/2023 16:42 | Results expected Tue or Wed next week, so not long to wait for a clearer update... | jim208
21/4/2023 16:01 | Wonder how NAB went? This has been too quiet for too long and I don't believe they haven't been winning new business. Certainly new product offerings to showcase. It should be north of 8.5p | p1nkfish
14/4/2023 08:55 | Products ready for show time. | p1nkfish
14/4/2023 08:12 | what' s new here in plain language please | ali47fish
14/4/2023 07:27 | EVS bought Axon in 2020 and I'd not be at all surprised if they were looking for others to add. | p1nkfish
08/2/2023 20:04 | ADT, 7Dig, Peb? | wh1spa
02/2/2023 13:14 | Can't be too long before it moves with reasonable conviction. | p1nkfish
24/1/2023 20:11 | Looks like an interesting bowl formation on the weekly TA going back to 29/05/22. Next staging post 10.9p approx? | p1nkfish
24/1/2023 19:58 | Totally agree Arthur. It won't show up in the balance sheet but the inventory they have put in place has probably increased in value and utility (improved resilience) to a much greater extent than any cash would have even if used to pay down more debt. Having the right products for the move to IP is the game changer. I think 2023/4 could be very good for PEB. NAB will be extra important this year imho. | p1nkfish
24/1/2023 18:37 | I am quite pleased with the trading update. Let's face it, the way the share price had been falling it could just as easily have been a disaster. Net debt is down by about £500k in the second half and this is despite them investing in working capital (I think). Second half adjusted EBITDA was around £2m and the outlook is promising. If they can maintain that second half performance across the whole of 2023 then I would hope these will be at least double the price at the end of the year. I'm happy to hold after today's news. | arthur_lame_stocks
24/1/2023 13:14 | kestrel owns a big chunk here - rns about transfer of shares is this any good | ali47fish |
