I was just taking another look at these and wonder whether or not they will survive.

I also wonder whether the reason they didn't sell Pebble Beach was because they couldn't get enough for it to pay off the debt and leave shareholders with anything hence they thought they might as well try to survive on their own.

I still wouldn't be tempted to take a punt here at the moment.
