02/11/2017 09:15 | When's the news coming JR... | blueblood
02/11/2017 09:07 | And there you go another Riverfort sale and down goes the spread. Will yesterday's tiny gain be wiped out today we'll have to wait and see. And ch1 JR knows nothing. Speak later. | pwhite73
02/11/2017 08:46 | I like the cut of your gib, Mr Rockford. Hope you're right! | chopper harris1
02/11/2017 08:41 | How can it be a buy when the last two smaller trades last night were buys at 0.069p. I do hope you are right in your first sentence though. And for the record you are not in my league Mr Rockford and I don't care if you are holding 100m shares (or so you claimed before editing you post). | pwhite73
02/11/2017 08:33 | I think you will shortly be out of your misery my friend. It is a buy. | jim rockford
02/11/2017 08:29 | Well there's your first Riverfort sell into yesterday's buys. And don't let the MM fool you with the 11% rise. Its just a trick to make you think things are on the move again. If you buy with this spread you're a mug. | pwhite73
01/11/2017 14:26 | Bought in. Big. | jim rockford
01/11/2017 13:25 | SS - as I said above, shambles! Shows the distain of the management towards shareholders that they cannot even be bothered to update website details to remove the bio of an old CEO with which they are now in litigation with. 8 months ago I was very bullish about this company, now... I am quite frankly disgusted tbh. For all but a technicality this is a cash shell simply doing fundraise after fundraise in the face of absolutely no business for well over a year nor even any seeming direction. I'm with Whitey - I hope the regulators do step in at least we will be put out of our misery | danyo11
01/11/2017 11:51 | think there might be an issue with him buying shares if he is aware of material news....... but the point is clear - Hard to quantify how much skin in the game these guys have. | test4500
01/11/2017 09:46 | So RP's shares are shares given to him by the company as [art of the package when he came on board? If so I can see PWhite73s point as he actually hasnt had to dip his hand in his pocket but also feel that if he has watched this capital erode to the present level I reckon he would be pretty dam keen to get the share price back up to those dizzy heights. Equally he could also put his hands deep into those pockets and buy some shares. Now wouldnt that be a great signal!!! Similarly with the other directors whether they are exec or non exec!!! | billthebank
01/11/2017 09:41 | Magoo/smarty - Well that is different from what you are telling people on LSE chat. The point is RP did not invest £8.2m in the company. RP's holding can be likened to directors who set option prices at £1.00 when the shares are trading at 1p. Numpties say "wow these guys must be really confident to set the exercise price so high I'd better get in ". When enough numpties are invested the directors do a placing at 0.80p. | pwhite73
01/11/2017 09:02 | Whitey - that is a ridiculous post about RP's holding, I am sure he views it as capital and the fact he is 6.5 m down at present. It is going crypto route, believe.. | smart solution
01/11/2017 08:36 | MrMagoo31/smart solutions - "the mCap is what they have in bank and RP is invested to the tune of 6p per share" RP is not invested at that or any level. These were shares apportioned to RP when the company listed in December 2014. RP has 137m shares this has not changed. At 6p his holding was worth £8.2 million on listing. Today it is worth £82k. RP has not trashed and diluted his own personal wealth by £7.18 million in less than three years. The only losers in this game so far is Joe Ordinary like your good self everybody else is a winner, the directors, the nomads, the brokers, Doc Holiday, Riverfort etc. | pwhite73
01/11/2017 08:26 | At the Proactive Investor interview RP said if investors wanted to know which direction he intended to take PCGE in they should consider what the board had done with SXX in moving it into renewable energy. From his tweets it is clear to see that RP is passionate about the conservation of the planet. If PCGE wanted to keep their move into cyptocurrency under wraps the last thing they would do is announce the appointment of a new director so widely associated with cryptocurrency before any deal/JV announcement. As for Michael Manelli a leading cryptocurrency expert he was on the board when the company launched itself in December 2014 as a gaming operator in China. Both Michael and Bob are well respected friends of RP and make for excellent business partners in terms of the advice they can give and that is as far as it goes. That is also why they are non-executive and not executive directors. | pwhite73
01/11/2017 06:00 | I agree. He must have been brought on board for a reason other than to allow Riverfort the opportunity to offload more shares, Also, this guy has his own professional reputation to consider and isn't going to readily lend his name to a "scam". | chopper harris1
31/10/2017 23:45 | Lost money on this myself but still hoping to recover but I need the share price to reach 0.24 to recover my position but looks like I may have a long wait!!! still cannot believe that Bob Mc Dowall would not have been brought on board if there wasnt something he could help with RP has done it before so why not this time? Shouldnt have to wait too long!! | billthebank
31/10/2017 21:37 | The company website still has Nick Bryant’s bio on the ‘about us’ section. Shambles! | danyo11
31/10/2017 20:20 | Manelli and Gravett are also non exec...only Poulden as Chairmen isnt. Spoke to Bob.....all ok. | smart solution
31/10/2017 19:10 | The company website has been updated. Robert McDowall is a non-executive director. What this means is that he is not affiliated with the company and performs no executive roles. Those who believed his appointment hinted PCGE were going down the crypto-currency route were mistaken. I did say I felt his appointment was merely to facilitate the shifting of worthless Riverfort stock that was stuck at 0.045p. So where to from here. I expect to see a slow drift downwards until 31/12/2017 when the interims have to be published or the stock is suspended. I've lost too much money here to do anything and would sleep a lot better if I lost the lot as opposed to cut and run. Whilst holding there is the distant possibility of collaborating with others to seek justice. The AIM regulators should have put their foot down from the outset and said "no you are a cash shell you have six months to reverse into a business or the listing will be cancelled". As a result of their decision thousands of PIs have needlessly lost money in this stock. I am almost at the end of the line with this lot now and I'm beginning to see strains of MTV here. Directors of pensionable age promising jam tomorrow whilst diluting every penny invested by Joe Ordinary. | pwhite73
28/10/2017 17:02 | Oh please not another next week promise based on Chaoxiang "4 days.> yr hi" post. He knows absolutely nothing. If everybody and Tiggy the cat knows crypto news is next week then why are Riverfort still selling at 0.065p. Think carefully about it before you answer. | pwhite73
28/10/2017 16:30 | Its crypto whitey. Update next week. | smart solution
28/10/2017 16:02 | Given the recent tweets by RP I don't think crypto-currency is where this company is going. I'm more inclined to think the conservation of lowland mountain gorillas is where our investment will end up. | pwhite73
27/10/2017 15:34 | got a bit carried away I guess! Cannot blame me after that stonking online push £££ hope others got in. Anyway back to pcge....good day to buy at 6 and a third if you sold out at 9 (touched 10 briefly) | barnetpeter |
