I understand PW - share has been a disaster but I think it is at the bottom ....but there are for sure a few questions - happy to hear the downside..

its a bit of a punt from here but 0.15 certainly possible and hard to believe Poulden is doing nothing - his interviews indicate activity and am sure after all thats happened on PCGE he is doing a ton of due diligence....

this is a punt not a sure fire winner....but i am in!

Once the 15m buy becomes visible the MM mark up the shares to give the impression the 15m had caused a rise when in fact it hasn't. The rise creates a feel good factor among holders and some will use the 15m buy and rise to top up. Riverfort sales are temporarily halted to allow sentiment to increase but as sure as day follows night they will be back with sales to cream all those encouraged by the 15m purchase.

You are not permitted to accuse or even imply AIM listed companies are scams until they are suspended and you've lost all your money. This can get you into trouble with libel laws.

However in answer to your question the dynamics of an AIM listing is by far more lucrative than any business the directors can possibly dream up. With enough shares you can pull in a cool £2 - 3 million a year of free PI money minus listing fees. The law does not allow AIM companies to list purely for PI money but effectively this is exactly what happens. To get around this law they all have businesses right across the trading sector. 99% of them are loss making some have been loss making for 15 years and longer. Some jump from one business to the next and back again. So long as they can say this is what we do that's all that counts.

The Riverfort deal is the company's only source of finance at the moment they are not generating any revenues anywhere else. What does that tell you?

look at Prem for an example when the CEO received so much stick on death spiral finance that he had to back down go to primary bid and extricate himself out of it.Now? The future seems a lot lot brighter there. Mind you I have really over extended myself there but we all make mistakes I guess

IRG can't happen here because PCGE has contracted a death spiral funder which ensures PIs cannot profit from any positive news.

Exited this morning and have te invested in PREM. Cant see me getting my capital back otherwise. GLAHs May come back if the rumours get stronger. As for anyone thinking of buy I would go mad and fill yer boots as invariably when I sell there is an RNS within days if not hours!!!!

Not sharp smarty just telling it as it is. Another week has gone by and still no news. Not even news of the Riverfort funds as was stated in the RNS.

Seven weeks until the interims or it's suspension. As for deal news don't expect to hear anything until the Bryant case is resolved and the Riverfort death spiral has run its course to July 2018.
