I see October 2017 has started in the same vein as September 2017. Riverfort have now got all their October shares to dump at any price where they can find mug PIs.

If I had a large enough holding to justify the expense, time and effort, I wouldn't have minded going to Gibraltar for a couple of days. Imagine the surprise on their faces as a bog standard shareholder turned up ready to ask lots of awkward questions.

I'm surprised that some of those with very large holdings and who engage regularly with RP on social media aren't taking the opportunity of meeting the great man in person.

By who?. Unless you're flying out yourself I do not expect anybody to be attending other than one or two directors.

It appears that it's time for this RP character to give his shareholders an idea of what his intentions are for the company and instil a bit of confidence that this isn't just one big scam.

And start acting like a proper CEO by using traditional methods to keep shareholders informed instead of mixing it with faceless trolls on Twitter.

chopper harris 1 - "But there is going to come a time when they can't raise any more funds when the share price is smashed to 0.001p and below and the company will just fold."

If the companies sat back and did nothing that is exactly what would happen. Some are forced to fold when they get to 0.001p as the nomad often resigns instead of risking getting involved with fraud. However what some companies do with the agreement of the nomad is consolidate the shares change the nominal par value and start all over again. MTV did this about three times. When they trashed the share price to 0.001p for the fourth time the nomads said enough is enough and the rest is history.

What was disturbing about the Riverfort deal was that the placing occurred when the shares were below the par value of 0.10p. How they managed to do that I really do not know.

No Chopper, you're not. That's precisely why 95% of AIM companies exist.

So, my understanding then is that the company raise funds when they can, diluting current shareholders each time and without doing anything to take the company forward, pay themselves a wage from the raised funds.

But there is going to come a time when they can't raise any more funds when the share price is smashed to 0.001p and below and the company will just fold. I assume that the consensus is that they will just move on to the next set of mugs. My question is: who is then going to touch the shysters who presided over such a scam with even the longest barge pole they can find? That's why I can't believe that the people in charge of PCGE have so little concern for their own reputations that they would deliberately take part in such practices. There has to be a plan somewhere to attempt to take the company on to a prosperous future, regardless of whether those attempts prove to be ultimately in vain, or not. Or am I being totally naive?

There is method to the madness and it has not changed since the company listed on 14/12/2014. Existing shareholders are diluted out of existence to the benefit of the directors and the company's bank balance. The shares listed at 6p on 14/12/2014 in less than three years RP has trashed the share price to 0.055p.

With these types of AIM companies the directors don't have to deal with existing shareholders for very long for they are all Joe Mug PIs. The 6p, 5p, 4p, 3p, 2p and even 1p shareholders have long since gone. The 0.90p, 0.80p, 0.70p, 0.60p. 0.50p 0.40p and 0.30p are also gone.

Who is posting at the moment are the 0.20p and below shareholders. Even today people who bought at 0.070p haven't got a clue WTF the 0.20p shareholders are on about because they've never seen that price themselves.

In time the 0.070p holders will be history as well. The bid sits at 0.055p. Another set of buyers will come along screaming great opportunity cash at market cap blah-di-blah.

This is why for all his faults people like Bellesimo are so important and must be given credit. Somebody has to shout about the injustice from the top of the hill. The rest of just hang our heads in shame and pretend it never happened.

There must be some light at the end of the tunnel, surely? Otherwise, what was the point of doing this deal with Riverfort in the first place.

I can't believe that RP went ahead with it just so that Riverfort would benefit continually to the detriment of PCGE shareholders. There must be some method to the current apparent madness somewhere.

The AGM is next week lets see what comes out of that. If all we get is "all resolutions passed" then the 27m at 0.048p suggests October 2017 will be a repeat of September 2017 with Riverfort offloading into the 0.040s.

Even if in some distant future it multi-bags one has to question whether the pain and anguish RP has caused was worth it.

Hit 0.055 to buy today. No sign of accounts etc so I guess the company will soon be suspended. Which may not be a bad idea as it seems to drift down daily and the company has nothing to say it seems.

Troublle is the AIM is all smoke and mirrors. Unless you're an insider nobody knows the shenanigans that are going on behind the scenes. What is not in doubt is that the Riverfort deal is the catalyst that has facilitated a complete routing of the stock.

The equity swap was restricted to 83m sales per month this has clearly been exceeded one way or the other.

As this is a YA Global death spiral finance dressed up as a genuine investment there is no bottom.

Hope so - take funding like this when it is needed in conjunction with a deal to propel the share price upwards. Unless he needs to demonstrate he has certain funds in place before a deal can be completed? Even then, why wouldn't you agree it with a delayed commencement?

RP may have been shafted himself by Riverfort here. The share price is so low that PCGE will not receive any funds from the equity swap this month. Indeed they will be required to hand back money and still pay all due fees to 'The Syndicate'.

With the amount sub 0.06p selling today I sense something is coming to a conclusion. I wouldn't be wholly surprised to see the Riverfort funding cancelled.

And what did RP say at the April Investor show when doing deals "Don't flipping trust em".

I think the further -11% is the straw that broke the Chamels back with many PI's along with RP's refusal to answer any basic questions. NB was just as as bad if not worse - failed takeovers, constant dilution, fanciful RNS', now his tribunal..., couldn't script it really

I take no pleasure in seeing how this has turned out, I don't like seeing PI's lose money, (not even Smart Solution)I lost money here, quite a bit of it, because I got greedy. This share is a salutary lesson in why it's best to ignore rampers on bulletin boards, and do the research.
