sorry PW73 ....i think this is only going one way.

Its been a disaster for holders so far but I am convinced the bottom is in and have put my money down .....am expecting to see 0.3p+ before year end ....

no guaranteed though ....but lots of others bouncing off the bottom or in Prems case double bottom and could do extremely well.....

just out of interest what do you recommend as investments PW? ....my top 3 in terms of pre new year good news - and in order of preference are:

1) PCGE - upside 4-10x ....downside @25%
2) COPL - Upside (pre drill) 2-3x ...downside @20%
3) RGM - upside 2-4x ..downside 15%

LOL come on hands up who fell for the fake rise again. There is death spiral finance attached to this stock there can be no permanent rises.

AD can only work on profit making companies or companies that source their finance from non-convertible loans. Any company that is using equity issues to keep the lights on you cannot AD with any success. Equity issues are only effective if placed at a price that nobody can sell at a profit.

AD is a valid strategy for a number of shares on certain conditions and a PW points out needs to be used wisely - some examples:

COPL - might never reach the 11p peaks but must be tempting after raising funds at 0.5p and 1p
Char - got someway to go to get back over £2 but at 15p could multiply
PCGE - same boat really - 1p+ seems a stretch but 0.3p (4-5x current SP) 'could' be possible

All these guys have history ...but thats what it is ....its the future that we should be focusing on and a move before new year looks more than likely

CH1. No. Averaging down does not and has never worked. Do not confuse AD with trading they are not the same. Anybody who has been averaging down and holding since the start of the year would be nursing an even bigger loss. Anybody who has been trading successfully like barmypeter would be about £50k in profit. Death spiral companies can only function if they are dumping stock below 95% of everybody's average or they'll be competing with profit takers for PI money.

smarty stay focused on the shares. We may all need the support of one another in the not too distant future. In this current and tougher AIM regulatory market the support of a nomad is not a guarantee any longer. PCGE has had no business to speak off since the disposal of CPDC in February 2017. We are now nine months on.

What all the companies like NYO, Cloudtag etc that have lost their nomads have in common is no business.

Each week will certainly bring us closer to news but will any of it ever be the news you really want to hear. I am seriously having doubts. Next week the company should tell us how much it received from the Riverfort deal for the month of October 2017 that's if you can believe a single word they say.

I am beginning to see nothing more here than a Personal Pension Plan for three directors at retirement age and one fast approaching.

The key lies in Wednesday's trades the first day of the month. They were all buys but for two sells of the same amount 421,201 which were certainly PI trades. Riverfort would not or could not sell any stock on Wednesday because they knew super Thursday was coming when shorts would need close. They may have even been shorting their own stock. Hence the 400 million volume and rise of 34% at one point.

24hrs later anybody who bought on super Thursday and still holding is out of pocket. Needless to say this does not include barmypeter who sold at the peak of the day.

does look awful odd doesn't it .....one day super high volume for no known reason and not a lot either side....

I also agree no scientific way of assessing the odds - its finger in the air stuff....or a bit of a punt....with a stoploss to get out if its not coming off.

Shares are not the Gee Gees there is no risk/reward calculations to be made here. There are no fixed or floating odds. Directors are either telling the truth or a pack of lies.

The low volume today has proven what I said earlier this morning yesterday's volume was a correction and nothing to do with leaked news or rumours.

agree with what you write - money gone at this price ...but maybe PCGE not at this price forever

its more risk reward ....75% chance of deal - 2-10 bagger; no deal 50% downside from 7p max ....

if those odds change ....my view will change ...not afraid to cut a losing trade.

Test - I'm not this stocks biggest fan at the moment but I wouldn't say the money was gone.. I am assuming as you invested you believe this company will come to some sort of deal/JV? If there is deal news here, even if you invested in the .02's it shouldn't take long to get your money back even at those levels. A four bag would only take it to a £10m MCAP.

Where's J Rockford gone??

yep ....and those guys are stuffed ..that money has gone but there are lots of shares like that - a few I own:

Copl - was 11p Nov16 ....now 1.1p- is it a buy now ...yep I think it is.
JLP - was 33p 2011 ...now 4p - is it a buy ....sure

I understand the history ..but it is 'history' ...I think PCGE looks a good opportunity at 6-7ish ....and have bought that 6-7 opportunity not the 30's opportunity in Nov 16.

not knocking anyone just calling the lie of the land today as 'I' see it.

The Riverfort deal does no damage to the company whatsoever. The damage is done to Joe Ordinary private investor.

You say the bottom is 5/6 that is not a problem if like barnetpeter you buy all your shares at 0.055p. Many are in at prices 4 times as high.

the Riverford deal means the clock is ticking faster for a deal .....it has built a 'requirement' that the deal is done soon or the shareprice already hammered ...is going to go lower.

But realistically how much damage is 8k a month or 20m shares??? isn't it?

Not sure how much lower though....i still think 5-6 is the bottom

The positives are there are clearly many watching ...if its a good deal I don't see too many issues recovering the 12's ....and maybe a fair bit higher
