Very witty Simon. Mind you, looking at that pic of you on the UK Analyst offerings - triple bottom comes to mind!

ydder - lol u clown try reading the material you cut and paste, it proves my point.

If it hadn't escaped you PCF is a leasing / trade finance company as a consequence a portion of its business means it retains ownership of the item, but the item itself is used and kept by the customer thru the life of the agreement.

Vat treatments are balance sheet items to assist among other reasons in the prevention of carousel fraud - as the note demostrates except in the case of overdue loans and receivables which by definition would allow immediate reclaim so will never be a significant part of receivables or
payables in the balance sheet as a reclaim usually takes 6 weeks muppet!

..as for credit risk - now ur getting desperate a ITS A FINANCE COMPANY!! Every lender getting audited has that note....from BARC's all the way down the food chain to IHUK and every other company using a group J code to describe its principal business activity.

Standard stuff clown, as its impairments and charges (which PCF would need to charge to P+L if it had any that would create a provision.)

..again you sound like a bitter shorter caught out on rise you thought wouldn't happen, deramping in some pathetic attempt thinking anything posted on a BB actually affects the share price ... funny if it wasn't so sad!

get real guys!

there are really zero shareholders funds.they have 4,774m Deferred Tax shown as an Asset (!), .397m Goodwill and .852 'other intangible assets' = totals 6m which are contained in the Equity Shareholders Funds of 7.3m.

Given the loan book is 125m, some of which must be irrecoverable, there are probably negative shareholder funds.

the company give NO OTHER USEABLE INFORMATION, so how can anyine decide if they are fair value, or not??

with this kind of business, shareholders need to see a breakdown of where the loans are (at least)

Knowing - yep once Ireland's and DS release their research in a couple of days, and it circulates around their clients we could see some major buying interest coming from their PIs

crawford - I think the basket of brokers have this estimated to low now for the finals - could get a significant re-rate on the back of the 24% profit hike and major increase in NAV imho - The Net Asset increase took me by surprise..

Payable derivatives cost the company significantly less (c.30%) meaning the underlying credit quality must be excellent and of very high quality..

picture - I have to disagree, as thats above average for the sector. Historically the problem with PCF has been an inability to obtain new facilities / funding lines to build on the foundation of its strong platform.

BUT that looks like changing as their in talks with a lender who wouldn't have considered them strong enough a couple of years back - it appears the reliable and profitable performance of PCF operations is finally getting recognition - could be an RNS announcing a new line near-term, causing the share price to pop imho

Net assets £7,3m against a £3.1m MK - very undervalued imho

Profits up 24%

Net of future finance income of more than £23m.

Integration of the new IT system has gone well as is complete

These are the best results I have seen PCF turn in for a long, long while

Turnover 29 million to make £150,000 yawn.

This is going nowhere.
