All that PAYS cash had to go somewhere and I would be happy to take even more of CVC/Blackstones money cos they didn't give us enough last time round with Pays!!!

@boadicea - It means the process of stuffing PAYS full of debt by the PE companies is underway.

Don't know if anyone else has received this:

Corporate Action Status Update
Description: Scheme of Arrangement Expected effective date: Fourth Quarter 2017 Terms: GBP5.90 in exchange for each Share held Pay date: Within 14 days from effective date Please be aware that completion of the Scheme of Arrangement between Paysafe Group PLC and Pi UK Bidco Limited has been delayed. At present certain Regulatory and Anti-trust Approvals remain outstanding, however the Scheme is expected to complete during the fourth quarter of 2017. Under the terms of the scheme, shareholders will be issued with GBP5.90 in exchange for each Paysafe Group share held.

Thank you Andy.

What are the implications of the above (post 10427) for existing shareholders?... Further delay or what?
Does it imply some remaining fluidity in the SOA or have Blackstone and CVC already arranged that everything is firmly underwritten by Credit Suisse etc.?

Wolf, their Malaysian business could go up in smoke in an instant if changes to the gambling act go through (ie prevent online gambling).

That accounts for 5% of revenue, so it's a matter of opinion whether the huge drop is justified.

I'm trying [unsuccessfully] to find out how much of their revenue is from unregulated sources.

Any thoughts on PTEC drop of 25% ?

Wondering if it worth a punt or is there something lurking under the surface ?

Anyone wanting a home for their PAYS investment take a butchers at BGFD a Japanese fund . Apparently Japan is awakening at last, I invested in December last year as advised by Fat Prophets and am up about 40% plus on the fund but according to FP its the tip of the iceberg so I invested more recently.

I had a few shares, 1200 in an account I wanted to close so I offered them @ 588 and they sold within 24 hrs @ 588.05 so I might offer my main holding @ 599 and see if they go. It appears that they are hoovering up the shares at any price below GBP 590.

Too many questions!
How long is this share likely to stay in limbo? (...possibly until April.)
Is there any disruptive process that can happen in the meantime?
The share price gradually creeps towards the supposed settlement price but continues trading. Could some party inadvertently find itself short in an imminently closing market causing a sharp spike above 590p?

I see PENN has apprived OLG - imagine what this share would be worth now if we weren't taken over - oh well - shame JL et Co sold out their shareholders on the cheap.
