I do find it strange that no one entered a rival bid for Pays as the figures showed the under-valuing of the company.

Waylander, you'd expect the price to drop if the bid was rejected, and to stay the same if the bid was accepted.

@Ronald - No the vote at the court is to approve the takeover. The votes at the EGM are too approve the other motions. CEO's bumper pay package, etc.
