"in line", "strong start", "debt down"....what more do you want? it is the rating vs its peers and consistent delivery vs perceived risks IMO that the city will look at to see whether there is "value" to be had...DYOR

Besides if they are one of apples partners launching as part of ios11 they would need to keep very quiet. At any rate feels like they are recruiting a LOT of people and software engineers for something big.

They are 100% focused on a clean Agm as a precursor to closing a big deal imo.

All good here... 'strong start to the year, great margins 'at least 30.1%' paying down debt at a pace.. A cracking set of interims soon. More acquisitions no doubt.

'Trading in line' means a lot when you are growing so quickly.

May help,

Japan casino bill clears panel, paves way to legalize gambling.

A contentious bill to legalize casinos in Japan cleared a key parliamentary panel on Tuesday, paving the way for high-stakes gambling in the world's third-biggest economy.
Brushing off concerns - even from within Prime Minister Shinzo Abe's ruling coalition - over gambling addiction and other social ills, lawmakers in an upper house committee approved the bill, which essentially assures its enactment into law. It had failed repeatedly in previous parliaments to come up for a vote.
Domestic and international companies from MGM Resorts International (MGM.N) to Japanese game-machine maker Sega Sammy Holdings Inc (6460.T) could benefit from legalized casinos in Japan, a market that brokerage CLSA estimates could be worth up to $40 billion a year

When I see Golo it gives me the shivers as it is very similar to GLOBO. I did get out of that one when they changed auditors but a significant gain I had was wiped out! Roll on tomorrow. Let's get on with it. Where's the beef?

Golo launching in the USA any day GOLO Go Local UPDATE Version 1.5, 38.6 MB 8 May 2017 In this release, we've worked hard to open up our app to the United States. This means supporting ZIP codes, US taxes and the American dollar (according to our backend developers, it's harder than it sounds!). We've also done a couple of things to brighten up the app. For instance, we've improved visuals on the login screen. And we've redesigned the layouts for shop info as well as product search.

In 455p and out 462p today. Tidy profit. Have part invested as long term play. Sell pressure friday not too good. Major shorts not closing is a negative. Loan shares 1500k paying back by Joel and new appointments a big positive for tomorrow. Hope news of takeoff from runway tomorrow will come without news of any dilution of shares.

Fintech start-up APEXX has appointed ex-WorldPay exec Toreson Lloyd as its Sales Director.

Lloyd brings more than seven years experience in the payments industry, as an acquiring specialist and enterprise customer account manager.

Lloyd joins from WorldPay, where he was Vice President, relationship management. He also worked as a Business Development Manager at American Express. He will utilise his strong experience in cross-border ecommerce and the airlines/travel sector to help APEXX sign its first customers.

In April APEXX launched a new platform which lets merchants access a single marketplace of all acquirers and payment providers and quickly integrate with their technology. It also announced a host of high profile international partners including Alipay, iZettle, Mastercard, NTT DATA, Visa iPay88, Payvision, Credorax, SIX payment services, Paysafe Group, Processing.Com, Transact Europe, CardStream and JetPay.

Toreson Lloyd, Sales Director at APEXX, said, “It’s hugely exciting to join such an ambitious company at this early stage. I believe APEXX has the potential to massively disrupt the global payments market for the better, and I find the company’s mission of introducing more transparency and competition into the global payments market hugely inspiring.”

Peter Keenan, co-founder and CEO at APEXX, said, “Having someone of Toreson’s calibre on board is a real coup for APEXX. He brings a wealth of payments expertise and industry contacts that will be invaluable as we grow our customer base.”

Interesting to see if there's news of the bold M&A in the trading update just prior to the AGM? Clearly no leaking going on yet.
