Why haven't PAYS categorically stated the allegations aren't true with a denial statement? They have instead stated that they are "factually incorrect" - that isn't the same thing and thus the stock has taken another leg down.

It all boils down to trust now - do you trust Leonoff and co? I will trade this stock both ways, but with a response from the company like that, it hardly reassures me that things are ok here.

Really do hope everything is ok for folk who have taken a hit here

Just my opinion.

Feel sorry for all those hurt by this today. Been there; had the near heart attack; collected the brown trousers.

However, now the company has responded, the share price is still 10% below this AM and there is money to be made back.

snowman - probably concerned they are about to get sued for spreading false and malicious allegations - same thing was tried back in 2014 - load of bollicks then also.

well I hope they get two "seeking" titles on their CV

I think wolfhound nailed it pre RNS when he referred to previous due dili, the RNS confirms the prospectuses. Stinks the place out this sharp practice, make life harder for the xxxxs by removing your stop losses
