13/12/2016 13:57 | Response to share price movement Paysafe Group plc (LSE: PAYS, the "Company") is aware of a report published this morning by an organisation called Spotlight Research, which has disclosed a potential short interest benefiting from any weakness in Paysafe's share price. Paysafe confirms that all material information in the report is either factually inaccurate or has been previously disclosed. The Group has a history of significant, transparent disclosure to the market, publishing two prospectuses in 2015 and being subject to substantial additional scrutiny through a full UKLA listing process as part of its move to the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange. Having reiterated its upgraded guidance for the current financial year on 8 November 2016, the Company's business continues to perform well and management is next scheduled to update the market on 12 January 2017. | lomax99
13/12/2016 13:56 | That wasn't very helpful rns | csmwssk12hu
13/12/2016 13:56 | Can someone with better technical knowledge than me give their opinion as to whether things may have been different if PAYS had a NASDAQ listing. Thanks | melf
13/12/2016 13:51 | Might as well have stayed on AIM. | heliweli
13/12/2016 13:51 | Wonder what time the RNS will be sent out Absolute madness I have 20 thousand shares in this long term holder and was on level 2 screen when this dropped sub 2.40 crazy So glad I didn't panic and sell bought more infact . All the fundamentals are all the same Need a good straight RNS so we can get back to normal trading Good luck all maybe now is the time to pick up as a good hold | 2bluelynn
13/12/2016 13:47 | I hope when American market opens it will stay and go up. | admin900
13/12/2016 13:45 | Stop loss cost alot of you to day. It's time to learn lessons for this. | admin900
13/12/2016 13:44 | You are absolutely correct. This should be reported to the SEC and FBI | steptoes yard
13/12/2016 13:39 | Sickening! I sold my holding in the low 400s to lock in a modest profit but I never expected this sort of thing especially on a FTSE 250 company. Part of me says this is a stunning bargain now but I simply don't have the balls to buy at the moment. | salpara111
13/12/2016 13:38 | Am I missing something, or has the cause of all the trouble now disappeared from the Seeking Alpha site? I can't find the offending article on the free pages - it was certainly there earlier. Sound financial principle, hit & run. GLA. | snowman19
13/12/2016 13:38 | On the first claim, that the largest customer may represent 50% of Paysafe earnings: - Based on 20% of revenue in H1 2016, whereas PAYS stated it is now 10% at interims, so clearly falling still. - Estimates the customer is 21.9% of Gross Profit. The 50% only comes from taking the Gross Profit as a % of Adjusted PBT (!!) | hutch_pod
13/12/2016 13:32 | I guess the decline from 450p since around october time can also be attributed to these shorters? | nurdin
13/12/2016 13:31 | The next short report will be interesting. | melf
13/12/2016 13:25 | Now that we know what the dirty trick behind the scenes has been, let's get it out of the way and move on to sensible trading. | verger
13/12/2016 13:22 | What pays need to do is refute all allegations, saying trading is as before and then announce that "We believe that it is prudent to increase our treasury holdings at the moment and reward investors, so we are announcing a share buyback." Do that at 15:30 and it is better than any director buys. | ralphmalph
13/12/2016 13:19 | So where's Dennis now? Doesn't appear to have posted here before. Guess he's out to fleece other PI's. Here's hoping the PAYS RNS is a reassuring one! | juzzer100
13/12/2016 13:18 | Someone should hang for this manipulation. | heliweli
13/12/2016 13:13 | I've had a look at the article online and as far as I can see, it's old news. Somebody really needs to get a hand on properly regulating the markets. As a coincidence I saw a news article a couple of days ago about young chinese being paid to publish false news items over social media. | slaccs |
