Nomura note today suggesting visa and MasterCard will do deal with digital wallets eg with PayPal. This is what paysafe has hinted and would be huge for paysafe ie bypassing the banks

Just topped up at 322.8 and advfn level 2 showing the deal as a sale! Advfn have an apology on their pages with regard to a problem with live prices. If they got rid of the ads on pages that I'm paying for, it might help!!

Decidedly muted, on very low volumes. That 27M on Friday seems to have taken the wind out of it's sales, looking forward to the holding RNS's. Broker forecast updates/upgrades should start filtering out soon, which will hopefully be well received.

Seen it many times in the past , the climb will be by stealth and catch traders out I suspect .... Blink and we will be over £6 and wonder how we got there

Here is an observation - more of a hypothesis to be presice - I expect we will see an RNS on onday/Tuesday re a significant stake buy.

Barclays acted as lead book runner for CVC sale - aquired stock at 346p on 11 Dec. I speculate that they may have warehoused the stock ahead of FTSE 250 entry. Since that time PAYS has traded in the 346 to 419p range - with 419p acting as a resistence level( only broker in last 2 days) desite the forward PE being extremly low relative to Peers ( PE of 27) and FTSE250 (PE of 22.5) whilst PAYS has sat at about a forward PE of about 12/15. Perhaps there existed a forward purchase agreement with funds at 419p.

419p now represents a new support level ( as did the 346p sale price by CVC for the last qtr) - if we now move to a proper PE rating per Footsie peers then we should see share price appreciate significantly - possibly to the 560p level Barclays indicated over the coming months. Certainly we should not be long before we see a rise towards 500p.

The key for rises is the re-rating by brokers to close the discount on peers; Pays trades at a PE level of about 12 2016Est Earnings - whereas FTSE250 trades at an average PE of 22.5 and v few are growing at 13% organically, so in theory PAYS should be at a premium.

Apart from the tracker funds other funds will also buy on the basis of the stock being re-rated closer to its peers on PE of 27.

So plenty of upside to come, now the stock overhang is gone ( friday's 21mn shares) then significant supply has been removed - whereas demand is rising - 419 is also now a new support level IMHO.

The case for a rise will be around getting a profit on the books ... For that reason I suspect we will see rises in the weeks ahead towards 500p , supported by a good outlook maybe dividend policy ? IMO dyor

Of corse it is all in the price. If it rises it will not be 250 relatedInstitutions and sb companies are not stupid

I tend to think there will be a nice drop on Monday, probably below 400 again, I sold out at 431 Friday am, just before it rose another 4p, lol, but that's life. Funds never pay a premium for their shares, the MMs will knock these down to trigger off the stops and get some cheap shares for their buddies.

IMHO of course.

Nothing says they have to pile in and buy their quota on the first day, don't expect a 30% rise in the first 2 minutes of trading on the 250, lol.
It will be slow and steady and probably not really starting moving up till next month I would guess.

A mention on Citywire this morning too. Expectations of a dividend this year. That would attract even more investors.

If I remember correctly Barclays handled the 7.7% CVC sale at about 365p, I hypothisised at the time that Barclays might have warehoused that deal with a view to the FTDE250 entry ( as we saw no RNS at the time re threshold) - if that was the case they will have done quite nicely.

From an investors prospecct - I think the 21mn ( 5% of share capital) can now be viewed as a new support level at 419p

21 million shares after the bell. That must result in a RNS on Monday.

looks like roughly 5% of the shares - purchased as a negotiated trade - my guess is that these trades were warehoused on a pre-arranged deal and funds took ownership post 4:30pm today

Monday will see second wave - stock hangover will be gone however - should see a nice rise on Monday.

21 million uncrossing trade for 421p after close. Just shows how manipulated the share price has been.
