Paypal and WPG both largely unaffected by news - enough said - my guess is MM knowing FTSE250 entry is around corner are looking at this as one last opportunity to hoover up PAYS shares at a discount - not getting any on mine !!

Wouldn't put it past a Vulture fund to have created this research company because its short was losing money and needed an exit strategy.

HerewegoUK that's exactly what I was thinking. Any idea why? PAYS is just higher beta? Maybe more hot money?

I did add today but in hindsight they haven't really come off that much in last few weeks compared to some stocks.

The other thing Jarega is that it's a case of the more pages the better as it's difficult to wade through them and in the meantime somebody has got the drop on you.

It's happened before. The document only has to look authentic at first sight as the price gets driven down almost instantly on pure sentiment and terror. That's when these people make a killing as they already have a susstantial short position. It should be illegal but not enough people are locked up for it.

The only relevance is concern that it could be an industry issue and not jut Wirecard.

Although we've not been able to find much on Zatara, I find it hard to believe that someone would go to the trouble of putting together a 100 page document just to manipulate the market.

Zatara just creating a buy op. in PAYS.
As I hold zero shares in Wirecard, that's all I'm interested in.
PAYS share price will get over this without even trying too hard.

PS. If what they say about Wirecard is true, that should knock them out
& leave more room for PAYS. Rejoice!

So, apart from PAYS being in similiar line of business, is there any connection between WDI and Pays?

Fall looks to be an over reaction to me.

But if you read the FT article they (the FT) have been looking critically at Wirecard for some time. This was about potential illegal payments in the US.

The FT may just be using Zapartta for there own interests but it does seem there is multiple piles of smoke about at the moment.

The problem is that as we can see it will hit the share price of PAYS.
