22/2/2016 11:01 | Not doing as well as Paysafe. Woodford tops up on Paypoint Star manager Neil Woodford has increased his stake in payment processor PayPoint (PAYP) following a 20% slide in its shares since the turn of the year. The Woodford Equity Income manager has increased his stake to 11% of the business. The FTSE 250 company, which operates bill payment terminals in the UK and Romania, announced a 1.8% increase in underlying revenue to £35 million, however, total revenues dropped to £58.1 million for the third quarter ending 31 December 2015. PayPoint also announced a 22.7% growth in retail services, and mobile and online saw growth of 9.6%. This was offset by a decline in its top-ups payment division of 13.7%. The chief executive, Dominic Taylor, attributed the decline to unseasonably warm weather and its impact on energy consumption. The firm’s joint venture Collect+ parcel service is also running at a small loss, which Taylor said the group was aiming to | ![]() malcolmmm

22/2/2016 08:54 | Posted elsewhere: Morgan pays up for Paysafe Citywire AA-rated small cap stock picker Elaine Morgan has upped her stake in online payments business Paysafe Group (PAYS). Morgan increased her holding to 4% of the business from 18.95 million to 19.23 million or 4.01% worth £78 million at a share price of 405p. The shares are managed by her Kames UK Smaller Companies fund, with smaller amounts in sister funds Kames Ethical Equity and Kames UK Equity. Analysts have consistently upgraded Paysafe (formerly known as Optimal Payments) this year, with Deutsche Bank lifting it from 410p to 500p, Citigroup from 400p to 490p and Berenberg from 431p to 444p. In a trading update at the beginning of January, the company reported 2015 revenue and earnings were likely to come in ahead of market expectations. Having graduated to the main exchange in December it is due for inclusion in the FTSE 250 at its reweighting in March. hxxp://citywire.co.u | ![]() lomax99

21/2/2016 10:38 | You could draw a dozen lines on that graph depending on your start point, but every one of them would be useless. Every time the price drops out of a channel anyone can redraw to suit. Totally meaningless as regards to the future. | ![]() libertine
21/2/2016 02:33 | Well either you see the glass half full or half empty Hipark- pick your channel accordingly. With FTSE250 entry coming in less than a month, I see the upper channel beckoning - lets check back at end of march - anything ahead of that is hypothetical by default - (yours included) , although I believe I have the null hypothesis. | ![]() wolfhound1
20/2/2016 20:50 | I like your graph, wolfhound. It's drawn with conviction. But I prefer something less hypothetical. Until mid October we had an impressive rising channel as shown in green. Since then we've had price collapse and recovery, price collapse and recovery, but never achieving the green progress. We are now in the red channel, not nearly so ambitious. That is not to say that the report at the end of March won't propel us back into the green channel. But there is an old proverb about chickens....... free stock charts from uk.advfn.com | ![]() high park

20/2/2016 08:21 | Agreed Matrix25,many people think short term. This stock could double /treble in the next 2 years. That will do me nicely thanks. There will always be pullbacks/minor hiccups along the way..but the bigger picture here is a strong growing company in a growing sector. If you hold you will be rewarded. | fourgirls

19/2/2016 14:55 | Probably because the majority are long term holders and now the volatility has calmed down a little and we've settled around the 400p mark we're just happy for waiting for the entry to the FTSE250 and the final results to be issued. Key Dates are to my understanding; 9th March - Entry to the FTSE250 16th March - Final Results Hopefully with trackers obliged to buy in following our entry to the FTSE250 a week earlier, this will give us a steady rise in the share price and a nice platform for a boost on the final results day which as we know, should be better than expected with the Skrills full-years results included. So I would like to think before the final results we'll see at 425-430p share price for us then to go on and reach new heights of 475p following the final results!!! Been saying it for some time! - Roll on March, 500p by March End! | ![]() jarega85
