I must say that is a very interesting presentation on what the PaySafe group does. I do not think they fully explained the rational behind the aquisition before, but it makes sense now.

Skrill worked in different markets. It was very strong in Europe, not so in America, Opay was not that strong in Europe. Skrill also is very strong in the Gaming (shoot em uppers not poker) space (teenagers spending lots of money).

The revenue growth looks good in the USA, which is also good because the EU is going to be an economic disaster zone. Perhaps this is where their guaranteed payments technology for merchants will be a winner with half the continent broke and unemployed. Pre pay should be a winner in the EU as well.

So I am a holder of my not insignificant PAYS shares. Onwards and upwards, the next ASOS.

Just reading and have not finished but I am struck at how much the competition uses PaySafe products and services

Wirecard uses a lot, Stripe is a customer as well, interesting. Braintree and Worldpay as well.

So if Stripe and Wirecard do well PaySafe gets a cut.

The important thing I picked up is that they have a strong management team, well integrated and who are firing on all cylinders - thought the COO did a great job in presenting - very polished message. If you compare to a few years ago when just JL and Keith ( former CFO) presented there is a lot more depth. I also like the fact that the guys that helped build the acquired business are still there and running those business - very intelligent of the group. The cross sell is obviously huge across the product range in terms of creating a vertical/horizontal product offering with multiple points of revenue in the transaction.

$7.5M of synergy savings to date from 10th Aug. Looks to be at the top of the $5M-$10M range by year end then. Also very bullish on 2016.

Webcast seemed to me to be a business with good areas of growth.

One division covering most of the 1st World with 15 years experience
a second covering just 1 countries with 1 years experience. Plus 4 others somewhere in between.
'
Whole concept is very 21st century, multi national, not over slick, and I guess mid sized with ROOM for GROWTH. Good first impression !!!

At some point over the next 6 months this will join the FTSE 250 and tracker funds will have to buy from a standing start = BIG RISE. Have some patience!!!!

Feeling alot of negativity. Is this because the ramping and hype has not lived to some peoples expectations?

I'm still comfortable to hold, there is nothing that has arisen that is concerning and they need to be given some time!!

We have to remember, they've recently doubled in size and that is not easy to manage!!

If a predator was to pounce you would think it sooner rather than later with the move to the main market and the growth forecast - $240m Ebitda target in 2016. Others are valued on 15 to 20 times forward Ebitda, we are substantially below that at the moment (probably due to being on the AIM at the moment).

I don't understand the disappointment of some. I think the presentation was very good and the share price is very good. How much do you all want! But if you are feeling miserable console yourselves with the usual chatter that this is an excellent time for a predator to pounce.

I would imagine a lot of interesting information talked about during the tea break, it's what you hear about off the record that puts people ahead of the market.

complete wash out missed out this morning , then i decide to wait wish i hadn't bothered now missed out on too profit now on 800 loss..
have learnt now any profit is good profit .
