02/12/2015 19:11 | ii's must be buying if JL's shares were soaked up that easily! His average pricee was 372.39p and the price at 4pm when the RNS released had only fallen to 369p, after that time it's probably come off a couple of pence in reaction to the RNS. Also can only be good news to come in terms of revenue etc to date or else he would be insider trading. | ![]() turboil65
02/12/2015 19:07 | Guess Mrs L is after a nice Xmas present this year! I've had to sell some (begrudgingly) for Xmas. Obviously you never know, but don't think this means too much tbh. He's still got best part of £20 million here, so hardly likely to buy more! | juzzer100
02/12/2015 17:34 | Agreed, no biggie. Just releasing a bit of his cash; he's entitled to do that. | ![]() scottishfield
02/12/2015 17:10 | Don't see any problem with his sale - why build a company if you can't take advantage of a rising share price? There may be a short term drop but don't believe it will be anything more than a few pence. These guys are on a roll and growing the company nicely - i'm quite happy! | ![]() stuart37
02/12/2015 17:07 | Still holds 4.5m net of Equities First deal, with a further 4.4m due under LTIP if targets achieved. Rather a direct sell than a pledge, JL won't make that mistake again. | ![]() lollipop4
02/12/2015 16:57 | There's NOTHING to beat insider, (sorry, "inside") knowledge! | f1araway
02/12/2015 16:49 | He bought these 6 months ago for £11,150. What a clever chap. you work out the profit margin. | ![]() high park
02/12/2015 16:44 | Wish I had £4.3m :D | ![]() traderpawel
02/12/2015 16:42 | He bought big 6 months ago and sold a proportion. No biggy | ![]() jarega85
02/12/2015 16:33 | So he sold c. 16% of his holding near a recent high for the SP, not that significant. | ![]() lomax99
02/12/2015 16:30 | I think we can assume from the sale that Paypal or Worldpay haven't started sniffing around yet. | ![]() melf
02/12/2015 16:26 | I sold when i seen ceo Rns good luck guys. | admin900
02/12/2015 16:24 | Oh dear - bound to be a short term reaction to JL's sell. | ![]() melf

02/12/2015 12:58 | Paysafe 2016 pe is 15.0, worldpay 27.3Paysafe 2016 price to sales 1.4, worldpay 1.6Paysafe margins much higher as worldpay terminals etc low margin | ![]() eh9
02/12/2015 12:04 | As we move to FTSE I expect we will see a re-rating by brokers of PAYS and others and their business being benchmarked to WorldPay - that argues well for the re-rating and share price in the next 3/4 months - despite new highs PAYS is still sitting at a considerable discount to peers IMHO. GLA | ![]() wolfhound1
02/12/2015 08:42 | Don't disagree with that - I was talking about relative PE ratios, with Worldpay shining more of a light on the sector. | ![]() lomax99
02/12/2015 08:38 | Worldpay will illustrate what a move from aim to ftse 250 can do to the share price - IMO it will be greater than move to ftse100 for worldpay | ![]() eh9
02/12/2015 08:25 | Worldpay in the FTSE should help to shine a light our way, especially when you compare relative ratings. | ![]() lomax99
01/12/2015 17:34 | divide by 3 multiple by 5 = 6.20 Started the year at about 3.55 old money so 70% upside YTD. Not to shabby in anybodies money. | ralphmalph
01/12/2015 16:20 | Interesting to note that the proportion of O trades against AT trades has increased significantly really. Show that PIs are driving a lot of this rise and the manipulation is decreasing. Lets hope it continues. It will be harder for them on the margins when Stamp Duty becomes payable. | ![]() pshevlin

01/12/2015 15:47 | Some people on this thread would get excited if the CEO farted. Catch a grip people and follow the performance of the business, not every single trade and price movement. | ![]() pastybap |
