that's why the stock will be joyful once his gone :)

As For the buying that's a sign of loyalty and sticking firm with his words by putting more money where his mouth is.

Watch out for more volume LIKE TOWARDS CLOSE, as buyers take the directors buy as a positive move IMO

PFP can not issue shares sub 1p go look at nominal Value and the buy today confirms that if there was a playcing forthcoming then trew would buy up the entitlement instead of now. Rules that out for the short-medium term.

The RNSs that are being released are because the leader of the Doomsayers i.e
GENERAL falsely claimed victory and PFP corrected it :)

One thing you all should realize is that PFP are making the right moves giving bullish responses to those who want to see the company down.

Firstly by revealing the Generals reality behind the decision obtained and secondly now buying in to let all shareholders know nothing has changed and everything is cool just like previous. These Moves by PFP shows the intent that they are enforcing there rights both in the legal battle and stablising stock in the Aim Market

Of course he has invested in things which went bust...He was talking up DLM on the day it got suspended pending clarification of its financial position !

There are various scenarios for an earlier resolution to this and also positive scenarios in terms of the share price in any event. Anything can happen on AIM and it usually does. I have thought for a while that this will only be resolved politically rather than through the legal processs.

If the General does not respect the legal process, accept decisions or pay his cost orders, this could drag on for another five years. Paranoid and obsessive litigants in the legal system are very resourceful and can drag things out for years. Even if the Supreme Court of Mozambique issues a final binding decision, I would not be surprised if the General turns up unannounced in the courthouse in Timbuktu with his papers. There is no reasoning with vexatious litigants just as there is no reasoning with the vultures circling on this thread. Anyway perhaps the latest circus will be the signal now that intervention is needed.

In the meantime the share price will move where it moves and I doubt the appearance of a number of professional derampers on here spreading misinformation and innuendo will make a huge amount of difference in the grand scheme of things.

I disagree mate about you saying price sensitive news not due in near term because of director purchase. your talking about a closing period but your not looking at the type of situation the company is in, the updates that can happen all of a sudden are out of companies hand. like all of a sudden a court date arising

so anything can happen in a legal battle GLA

zed250, what it shows IMO is no positive / price sensitive news expected near term, otherwise he could not have made the purchase.

I do agree on one point with the derampers - although costs were down 41% on the six months to June - if this drags on for much longer, there will have to be debt facilities and/or a placing to raise funds. I don't think we are talking short term though..

nice to see mms bidding up the bid on just two buys, will be interesting to see if this buying momentum picks up tomorrow on the back of the director buying in. could test 0.5p bid again IMO
