In the context of the broader issues faced here an £1,800 is of no consequence. I will keep watching as I have been for many months now but for now will keep my powder dry.

That obviously the cue for the derampers to comment on the size of the investment. It really does make you wonder what is going on in the brains of some of these folks. Probably not alot.

One thing for Sure when a Director buys in on the low I have seen a rise occur from the low in many companies a few to name, good signs for investors as the directors believe in their company GLA

but those figures were related as increase activity was occurring at that time aswell, as for a cash call will be above 1p as that is the nominal value, that if PFP need it by which time the money is enough until they are payed out the cash element IMO

Whether or not Stock is desperate for this to drop is a matter of opinion, however a cursory glance at the interim results to 30/06/2013 reveal a cash balance of £2.134mil & admin expenses for the period of £1.696mil, seems to suggest that there might be a need to bolster finances but stand to be correct in that respect. Buy quotes are interesting at PFP any large amounts still want 0.45p, why are they keeping that price like that with this much sells because they know News can pop any minute and are preparing in advance. interesting method used by MMs IMO

Your Getting more desperate for this to drop because of your topping up hope, want to get in cheap. this isn't going to 0.2p before then you will see action by the BOD. once this settles then the movement will happen. As for News PFP will start to muscle their rights in due course as they have kept on mentioning this. Next Rns will be one of intent IMO

Watch out PFP will not remain this low as a company, it's unreal for this conpany to be at sub 0.4p GLA

P.S - post 1740 illustrates my point perfectly. Don't expect any research or objective analysis as you see on the excellent OXUS board.

The fact they haven't got litigation funding probably says they have no chance according to the experts in the field.

Am new to PFP (bt recently at 0.45) but very familiar with OXS, RUR, CHL. Does the case involve any claim for cash damages? I ask this because Stocko's last post highlights the cash problem that these co's always face, mainly because of the duration of legal proceedings. If there's a cash payout on success, then we could utilise the services of a litigation funding co. as Oxus have done, especially when the legal arguments look positive. Many co's of course go down the Darwin route, which tends to have an adverse effect on the share price due to the 'pre-shorting' way that Darwin operates. An announcement of any litigation funding agreement would be very positive for the share price as they normally don't accept a case unless there's a 60%+ cos.
Thanks.

They are very coy about cash position ?

They had cash of around £2m but yearly operating costs of £4m

Lawyers in UK and Mozambique don't come cheap...

When is the next cash call and at what level ?

I can see this going down to 0.1p now given poor cash position and likely lengthening of the legal process
