Align answered that one and said as long as you hold them through the cut off date (22nd I think) then you are registered to receive future payouts, so sell after that if you don't want to hold a little longer for the RTO upside also.

If we buy shares in PFP before the cut off date 18 Aug and hold till the cut off date but sell after l8 Aug do we still benefit from any payout? Or do we have to hold until the payout which could take years?

Free money here. Align have tweeted they have voted in favour of all resolutions. So not only will the AAG deal be voted through and PFP receive £1million on the 22nd August, but the money raise to fund an immediate RTO is also voted through. Even Align are saying a multi bagger here now. PLUS, if you hold shares at the GM date of 18th August, you get a share out of all the AAG recovery monies - That could be over $100 mil coming back to share holders. Slam dunk. Double payday. And only a matter of a few days away too.

the Company has been notified by solicitors acting for AAG that AAG should be ready to complete, and therefore pay the GBP2 million due on completion, later this week. A further announcement will be made on completion and receipt of funds
