Having done the considerable groundwork to prepare to launch a claim against the government of Mozambique, we are now able to consider options to pursue or monetise the claim.

Given the areas now referred to as the Licence were independently assessed in 2010 to have a market value of between US$107.6m and US$179.3m - prior to the Moebase portion of the Licence being upgraded to Mining Concession status - we believe the current Licence-holder, TZM, has a significant vested interest in protecting its investment in the Licence. The window of opportunity for TZM to act is closing as the Company may dispose of IMM to a third party whose sole objective is to pursue the valuable claim under the Treaty.

Whether the Company pursues a claim itself or disposes of IMM, the Board intends to pursue other opportunities within the battery metals sector which are under detailed review.

Well I went through the whole results there.

Some huge numbers being touted but they have touted them for years, but they might sell the gamble to somebody else and that bit interests me more because they might get a good return for that option instead so bought some more just now

Could not buy 50000 at one point earlier

But a couple of 1 mil+ sales have opened up limits again so easy to buy at 0.64p

Somebody bought £6000 worth this morning. Worth a punt, selling it at 1p I guess.

A very interesting RNS from PFP. Looks like the Board have clear options now to inject very material value into the company. I like the comments regarding identification of external assets of Mozambique - in my humble view that is the last stage in executing a sovereign litigation. The new news being a possible sale of IM Minerals. This gives the Board options for an immediate injection of cash. Looking good Pathfinder. Of course, they can still get a JV with the Chinese but why bother, the old licence is tainted and let's be realistic, PFP will be a marked target if they try to do any business in Mozambique, so why try. I don't mind either way - BIT claim or IM Mineral sale. These shares a huge tuck-away for me and I'll probably pick up a few more when savings allow. Good luck all and may the force be with us.

Should we anticipate a twitter pump in the coming days? There's some trading looks like someone/group trying to quietly build up a chunk....then expect we will see loads of ramping soon, and they will expect to offload at a profit whilst their followers buy.Beware of believing unverified news here which will just be rumours, or possibly a placing to a certain group of twitter guys who regularly take part in placings.

Why would anybody invest in an AIM company who's only asset is a litigation case ?

Watch this space for an RNS. It is now 30 days since Pathfinder gave the local Chinese 30 days notice of their BIT treaty claim. Since then the Chinese have announced they are initiating work at the mine. My betting is Pathfinder will announce a JV. Would be first time since 2011 Pathfinder will have an actual asset. Current Mcap is circa £3.3mil so plenty of upside potential here.

Still, this LTH is tempted to top up. Downside would not be catastrophic for a reasonable investment while if good news does finally arrive it could multi bag. Gla.
