Nothing offered now at 0.55p after those 2 x £5k buys + a few nibbles. If the mm moves up to 0.6p there will be stock around 0.57p

You cannot just buy a company that easy if there is no big holders. If there was say 3 holders with 50-70% of the stock they could buy them out if they offer a decent price and then buy the rest in the market.

But with no holders over 10% then it would be impossible, they could try and offer a price but they would need a huge % to accept, if they tried to raid the market the price would rocket on next to nothing being bought, only takes a few million of buys to spike the price 10-20%

So again not that easy to do

I'm always amazed at people's misunderstanding of liquidity, or lack thereof. Despite this stock being run by a CEO that is just intent on 'piloting' his way into retirement, the litigation guys couldn't buy the company for the current market cap...

worst case scenario is AAG buys out PFP (market cap £3.5mil) and makes shareholders a 1p offer to walk away (approx £6mil) rather than pumping £2mil + US$24mil + 10% of recoveries into PFP. Makes good sense to me. Not a bad worst case scenario IMHO. Looking like share price is being deliberately held down for such an event, else, it really should already be well over 1p based on recent news.

It was NT for 100k at the open so clearly at 0.55p stock is tight unless somebody sold a lot which never happened.

Lets see if we can push on again like Friday before that 7.5 mil rush of sales late on.

No sign on that seller from Frida, if they had more I'd guess they would have sold some by now

This seller really wants out in a hurry.

At 16.20pm it's 0.6-0.65p 2 v 2 looking good and then bang they went into overdrive selling 7 million in 4 minutes, 2.5 mil has just flashed up delayed 2 hours.

Should get another holding RNS from them if it is them selling which I think it is.

Surprised there is only 750k on offer online thought it might be more.

Just one more person selling today who paid higher on Wednesday, if this went blue I think there might be another rush to get back in which would help to clear out the seller then it will really push on.
