Jennings has gone very quiet on the whole thing. If he was right and they would not negotiate with Trew and Bellend on the board, then all that has really happened is the directors fees bill has gone up markedly with the appointment of new directors. Placing money won't last very long.

The fact that Stig can't fathom the issue is a good indicator that all is not rosy in the garden.

I have taken my 100% profit so I am happy.

Is Jennings happy now? Looks like Bellend and Trew have made a compromise as such.

Placing at 1p too which is what Jennings was offering.

This really does justify a major re-rating now on Fundamental, Technical, Momentum, Newsflow, Optionality considerations

The lack of comments on any of the major Retail BB's is a huge plus sign here. The crowd haven't even started to arrive.

Hardly any of the usual suspect so-called 'traders' seem to have noticed it yet but with it rising on the leading gainers boards the PI community will no doubt latch on soon

Two guys with huge mining background and abilities do not join a shell that has nothing to mine. I think we can well surmise a deal is about to be done. Looks like a bigger buy signal than Stigs charts.

We note the announcement yesterday from Pathfinder Minerals Plc regarding the proposed Board reshuffling and appointments of Blair Sergeant and Simon Farrell to CEO & Co-Chairman roles – two senior mining executives whose expertise and deep knowledge of both Africa and heavy mineral sands we respect.

Given the new Board appointments we confirm that we have now withdrawn the EGM requisition and support the new composition of the Board and believe we are in the best position we have been for a long time to, finally, hopefully conclude a deal outside of the courts which is in all Pathfinder Minerals shareholders interests.

I do apologise. Silly me for having a personal opinion. I forgot the bully boys tactic of ganging up and shouting everybody down unless they match whatever game it is they are playing. Please do carry on. Think I'll dump my AIM stocks and go buy some bitcoins - surely that is safe from fraudsters and people with personal agendas. Good luck all. Jennings owns almost 4% of PFP. How much do the investors on this ‘opinion chain ‘ own? Lady G, long& wrong, exactly how much do you own? Very easy to banter when you’ve only a quid on the table....Jennings has a significant stake so let’s put things in proportion. There is an allegation of fraud (not for the first time) levelled against the ceo, that posters on this site have ignored. This latest one is grotesque! Trew & Bellend transferred pfp company funds to satisfy the income requirements of a third party lender to provide Trew with the credentials to remortgage his house. Trew then uses the proceeds to buy in shares of Pfp in share support......I suspect even the boiler shops of Marbella & Lagos are laughing at this revelation.
