20/3/2018 12:29 | Who made you judge, jury and executioner? You do realise your arrogant attitude makes it incumbent on us to exercise our free speech rather than let you bully people into silence? You do realise your defensiveness suggests you are the one who has something to hide ? | the stigologist
20/3/2018 12:00 | Stig & Lady_G, we should find out who you really are. If in any way related to management or the board of PFP, or previous promoters, you're in big trouble. I can't wait to see you unmasked. There is a clear agenda with you two. Why do you both protect a BOD that has achieved NOTHING for shareholders! Very odd...... | steelr66
20/3/2018 09:29 | Horlick and Cavaco are peddling a scam here. They have no legal claim over the PFP licences. They will produce all sorts of letters from Pathfinder Mozambique, Cavaco's company saying they won't do a deal with the current BoD. Good. That company was the one that fraudulently transferred the licences to itself in the first place. They will produce a letter from the General saying the same - he doesn't speak or write in English and he has Altheimers so will sign anything if he is told to do so. I'll bet the ailing General just wants to close this all down with a big bag of cash for his family. He'll listen to anybody that promises him what he wants to hear. You guys are the lowest of the low and Jennings is just your stooge to try yet another go at getting your hands on the licences - you don't give a damn for PFP's shareholders and will dilute them out of sight as soon as you get control via Jennings and his transparent EGM. | lady_g
20/3/2018 08:46 | I suspect a lot of the anger and tantrums being exhibited by the trolls is that they are not getting their way. It's all very immature and smacks of small man syndrome. | the stigologist
20/3/2018 08:43 | Align's whole shtick is that they 'align' with shareholders. They certainly haven't aligned with THIS shareholder by crashing the share price with their interventions and subverting of the current Management team. | the stigologist
20/3/2018 08:41 | Personally as a shareholder here I know who i'd prefer to listen to and it isn't snide duplicitous individuals posting under pseudonyms on a internet BB | the stigologist
20/3/2018 08:36 | It's funny how so many criminals and fraudsters tend to project their own psychological failings onto others. | the stigologist
19/3/2018 23:21 | Fabulous, a voice of reason. What I can confirm is that Align Research (Richard Jennings) has been in direct communication with Pathfinder Mozambique & well received. There is nothing for shareholders if the incumbent board are not removed. There is potentially a deal to be done if the EGM is successful with the removal of Trew & Bellingham. Over to you. Given nothing has happened since 2011 except expensive salaries for the BOD, where do you think the options for progress exist? Cast your votes!!!! | steelr66
19/3/2018 19:47 | Stig. You're sounding very bitter, are you something to do with the management at PFP? Maybe one of the directors? | marbles1234
19/3/2018 19:02 | I don't understand the support for a BOD (Nick Trew in particular) that has delivered nothing to shareholders other than continued losses, further dilution and a statement from Mozambique that whilst in situ the current BOD cannot engage in any meaningful discussion over the asset. For PFP to fly this BOD has to go. All too toxic. | steelr66
19/3/2018 17:54 | Thanks for your "personal view" Mr Horlick. Very interesting but ridiculously transparent. I didn't know you were a regulated person able to provide such investment advice. Anyway, wasn't it you who managed to fortuitously sell a huge block of over 45 million PFP shares a week or so before the General actually took the licences away? Are you positioning for another fortuitous trade again or has your luck run out? | lady_g
19/3/2018 17:41 | A board that engages honestly with the principals and shareholders of Pathfinder Mozambique that owns the asset. This is the only option! Otherwise sell your shares as fast as you can. Back the EGM to remove the directors or write you're investment in PFP to zero. Personal view but there it is. | steelr66
19/3/2018 17:12 | Well who's going to replace them? | induna123
19/3/2018 17:09 | My guess is the share price will increase with the removal of Trew and Bellingham. The unequivocal statement from the shareholders of Pathfinder Mozambique, (50% General Veloso-50% Diogo Cavaco as principals), is that they will categorically not enter any negotiations with the current board composition of PFP. With the removal of Trew & Bellingham there may be grounds for a truce and development of the asset that will benefit shareholders. Shareholders should read the EGM documents very carefully. | steelr66
19/3/2018 16:43 | Have Align trashed the share price- No.Have Trew and Bellingham lied to the shareholders- Yes.Did their lies cause the subsequent fall - yes. | wantage
14/3/2018 13:22 | I have provided my opinion and advice to the company so they can have their legal team explore and act accordingly. As I said, watch out Mr Jennings. | lady_g
14/3/2018 13:19 | So can you give me the legal reasons please? | marbles1234
14/3/2018 13:18 | I am sorry you are finding it difficult to understand. | lady_g
14/3/2018 12:34 | Lady G, Im presuming your a solicitor? you seem to know a lot about law. can you explain to me the legal side of this as I'm finding it difficult to understand why Mr Jennings is breaking the law. I really need to understand this myself, thanks in advance. | marbles1234 |
