28/6/2018 12:10 | So no progress made at all. Back to sub 1p | stevie050
13/6/2018 15:01 | Anyone know any time frames for Moz Supreme Court ? Very difficult to judge I would guess. | stevie050
13/6/2018 14:03 | Next leg up starting | the stigologist
10/6/2018 01:35 | Missed 200% though | the stigologist
09/6/2018 14:19 | Good to see absolutely nothing has changed. Shame the licences are not held by the company PFP has a 99% shareholding in. What a waste of time Jennings's move to oust the board was. Still I made a nice quick 100% profit out of it. Best of luck LTHs - you are going to need it. | sweet karolina
08/6/2018 17:44 | Madagascar? Did you mean Mogadishu? Clueless | the stigologist
08/6/2018 14:50 | Wantage, you obviously do not understand what it is the Supreme Court are ruling over. Do try to keep up. | lady_g
08/6/2018 14:47 | What has changed? Why would the Madagascar courts rule in favour of Pathfinder and Trew this time, when last time they found Pathfinder never paid the full option amount and their case was struck out? Cannot see any grounds for optimism given Veloso's stated position, and the refusal of the local courts to accept Pathfinder's case. | wantage
08/6/2018 12:08 | marmar80, they raised £250,000 last month so a decent fund to keep lights on. The licence is valued >£1 billion, so do not expect any issues in raising funds to complete the already started DFS and attract a major name to undertake construction. Underlying commodity very strong and this is a much higher grade than Kenmare (KMR) who are just north of the PFP licence areas (MKT CAP £250 million). Currently MKT CAP of PFP is around £5 million. Doesn't need much science to work out direction of share price now. | lady_g
08/6/2018 11:47 | If licence is back, how much cash do they hold? | marmar80
08/6/2018 11:12 | This shoukd break the high of today after lunch, once market digests this news. Return of licence is now imminent here. | zen12
08/6/2018 09:26 | Resistance immediately above but break this and we are off to races I suspect | the stigologist
08/6/2018 09:24 | Overall I think it's great news. 1. Progress on Moz court front 2. Might concentrate mind of General Velacos to do a deal so could be early out of court settlement now. 3. The upside is huge and it's better to share it than go for a zero sum game | the stigologist
08/6/2018 09:20 | Not happy they sat on this from May 22 ? I guess there is a reasonable explanation i.e. the Court case takes precedence over usual FCA rules | the stigologist
08/6/2018 09:19 | Hi Tomboy -any idea how long the wait will be now for supreme court decision? | pre
08/6/2018 09:19 | yep - Interesting RNS - I suspect with the current buying taking place we could go higher - There does seem to be interest here - | tomboyb
08/6/2018 09:16 | HUGE HUGE HUGE RNS. Think about it. Finally after 6 years the Moz Supreme Court has decided to hear the case. They are being asked to recognise the UK Supreme Court Judgement, not reopen the pros and cons of it. There is precedent in Moz (a commonwealth country) to recognise UK judgements already. A lot of inward investment to Moz, such as the gas fields is dependent on this recognition. I'll bet it was all sorted out last month when Liam Fox met with the MOz President and promised many billions of UK investment. Henry Bellingham was sure to have briefed Fox on this. A real watershed moment for Moz, PFP and us of course. Now for some serious value in these shares. | lady_g
08/6/2018 09:00 | Well the trend is up - Good Morning - | tomboyb
07/6/2018 20:45 | Hadn't noticed this before. We've just had a Golden Cross. | the stigologist
07/6/2018 11:20 | The Stigologist 10 May '18 - 11:07 - 3008 of 3046 Nobody with a brain would want to sell now. Sweet Karolina 10 May '18 - 20:32 - 3013 of 3046 I'm out with 100% profit in a few weeks. Best of luck all holders, I think you are going to need it with Trew and Bellend still on the board. | the stigologist
07/6/2018 11:02 | Really beginning to look good - dyor - | tomboyb
07/6/2018 10:40 | I wonder also whether Align is buying more - Quite a rise here considering - | tomboyb
07/6/2018 10:33 | Yeah the price action looks pretty good - A buyer in the wings? | tomboyb |
