Singaporean Company, no info other than that available. It's 3 mill shares, not GBP. You are right re: shares v cash, BUT to me it indicates Linkwood believes they will get some resolution, good enough for me for now.

Interesting that they actually have the cash to pay Linkwood, but whoever behind Linkwood wants shares instead.

Seems to holding around the 1.1p mark. 0.20p below the last placing price. A few testing the water with some nibbles.

As somebody pointed out a few weeks ago, this stock tends to spike and fall back, this is probably the time to pick up a up a few whilst it's quiet.
