Perhaps they have lives beyond a BB they are actually invested in.

Are you serious?

Surely not?

re 11634 - my wife has had virtually the same spiel with FDI for AT LEAST 8 YEARS now, when she hasn't held the share for at least that amount of time !
Must be in line for an entry in the Guiness Book of Records.

In fairness - if the Co had delivered the 200,000 ozs pa by 2015 as confidently predicted by the BoD back in 2011-12 when the share price was still riding high........ then it might be oh so different story today.

Regardless of where PoG sits this Co has lost its mojo with the market and it'll take something dramatic to take place for that to change imho.

320000 shares sold at 2p, what's the chances of a profit being realised? Total remuneration 6400 quid! Just think if they had been sold at 40p a couple of years ago they would have fetched 128000 when all the bulls were slagging us profit takers off as week holders! Bet they're so happy to have been such strong savvy investors now ha ha ha

I understand exactly what you are saying lochlea! If she really received that call then I'll eat a gold bar that is losing value all the time! She must have bought some recently and is getting desperate, poor Wendy!

Well, here's interesting.

I have just been called by someone with an Anglo-Indian/American accent, who offered me at least £11 per share for my remaining PGD shareholding.

Apparently, there is about to be a hostile bid from an organisation that already own 41% of the company's shares, and only need another 10%, for which they will pay a minimum of £11 - and possibly a lot more - per share.

Of course, if I am not "professional" enough to see the value of this offer, and refuse to accept it, my shares will be worthless after the takeover and I will lose all my money.

Unfortunately, I laughed - and was immediately told I am not "professional" and can whistle for my £11 per share. What a pity.

So stand by, folks - wait for your phone call, and whatever you do, don't laugh at the lady. You'll then get at least £11 per share for your holding. Guaranteed. She said so.

This is oversold. Way under-valued.

Remember BNC.

Watch this space........... for a decade or so. If not sold previously to the Concert Party.

EDIT: as for me needing to see a therapist - that's original and witty......... not!

My inane "bleetings" (sic) can always be found on PGD uggly sister's BB with LND where I do have a considerable holding. However don't hold here. Have done in the past where my worst sell was 8p and best was 43p. Although I did trade some PGD stock around the 3-4p within a few days at a profit. Just glad no longer holding.

And I thought BBs were for all views - no?
Where have all the rampers gone from here that used to copiously post every day about how brilliantly run a company PGD was?

i've been reading this thread for 3 years and its mostly been you two gloating and cackling at every opportunity. and you would have us believe it is a case of sour grapes? if that is the case, why don't you take your inane bleetings to a therapist? because it doesn't seem that you're dealing with your losses very well.
