02/5/2007 09:02 | AGM tomorrow. Lets hope the recent falls don't suggest bad news is in the offing. All being well the current price looks like a buy opp. The BD forecasts look very cautious given the momentum running within the Co., and the poss sale of Healthcare side could provide a further boost. | penpont
18/4/2007 08:05 | Ex dividend today. | edmundshaw
16/4/2007 20:50 | Hi WIN, Not so wise I'm afraid .. I expected the price to rise from Fridays position :-( | fingers xxd

13/3/2007 23:22 | Looks to me like the hammer on the healthcare is going, going........ | mistertibbs
12/3/2007 12:24 | Overall results beat my expectations by nearly 10% If healthcare is sorted / disposed, and with the growth from the current order book, we could be on a foreward PE of around 10. Not expenive IMHO. Rerating well deserved. | edmundshaw
12/3/2007 12:24 | From the results it sounds as though they are definately considering getiing rid of healthcare. Without it profits would have been nearly 0.5 million pound better. That would add around 15% to the eps straight away. | poyntona
12/3/2007 12:17 | WARNING: Parkwood Healthcare could seriously damage your health! First it was Glendale Countryside, then Glendale Facilities Management & now it seems Parkwood Healthcare enjoys cult status of 'must have' underperforming business segment. Successive false dawns have preceded Tony Hewitt like an unwitting John the Baptist. These negatives have in the past, damaged internal structures, hampered future growth, & totally obliterated market enthusiasm Fortunately, & with the invaluable input from Andrew Holt, the leisure message has finally struck home, that the grass is definitely greener on the leisure side! There is now a solid core business from which to build on & flourish. Market perceptions of the stock is that much more favourable, high dividend yield continues to top up Tony's slush fund & the future is , as they say, orange. So why oh why does the group maintain its penchant for loss-making comforters? Learn from the past & get rid of Healthcare now. The market will not tolerate £600,000 up against a wall each year. | alexjames
12/3/2007 08:41 | solid results - i'm sure they're working to sort out healthcare - nice div - expecting more gains here and continued rerating. intial rise is telling - very happy | its the oxman

09/3/2007 08:59 | looking very strong imo! | daza70
09/3/2007 08:48 | very quiet here even with the rises. Not even a deramper in sight. | woody6
01/3/2007 09:24 | Hold and enjoy. Couldn't agree more lex. Held these for around 4 years and I remain convinced the healthcare division will be sold at the most appropriate time. Now when that happens, it could be rerated. Mer has put up with the same thing for years with the disability motor vehicle stuff for years and it's not affected them, although at l;east that division for them is profitable, unlike healthcare here. And yes, I've held mer longer than pkw | mistertibbs
23/2/2007 14:00 | Obviously another Share Mag reader.Trade gone through 22.5k sold @ 135p.Market says thank you very much.imho. | lex1000

22/2/2007 16:22 | Just hope peeps do not regret selling bottom. | lex1000
22/2/2007 13:58 | Peeps do listen & act on what Shares Mag,IC etc say.Wouldn't knock anyone banking profits providing remember to buy back for less than and not more than sold.Sometimes more money made holding than trading in & out.Chances are herd instinct means some peeps selling at bottom! Market will be pleased to picking up stock cheaply that's for sure.imho. 22/02/2007 11:33:08 142.00 7500 O 1065000.00 22/02/2007 11:28:29 143.00 3700 O 529100.00 22/02/2007 11:20:26 145.00 5000 O 725000.00 22/02/2007 13:11:49 138.00 2600 O 358800.00 22/02/2007 12:59:30 142.00 1390 O 197380.00 22/02/2007 10:19:52 145.00 5000 O 725000.00 22/02/2007 12:09:39 138.45 2250 O 311512.50 22/02/2007 11:52:42 139.36 330 O 45988.80 22/02/2007 11:44:44 139.36 849 O 118316.64 22/02/2007 11:42:50 140.27 851 O 119369.77 22/02/2007 11:32:15 141.44 2247 O 317815.68 22/02/2007 11:21:05 143.55 1535 O 220349.25 22/02/2007 11:15:41 145.00 2862 O 414990.00 22/02/2007 09:05:35 145.00 5000 O 725000.00 22/02/2007 08:49:29 145.60 5000 O 728000.00 22/02/2007 10:35:19 145.33 1472 O 213925.76 22/02/2007 10:09:14 146.45 691 O 101196.95 22/02/2007 08:10:54 145.60 2027 O 295131.20 | lex1000 |
