There is about eighteen million pounds sterling cash in the bank, plus assets plus income.. very undervalued company shares at 14 pence. We witnessed the market maker print an uncrossing trade today at 13.70.. that was just searching for stops.

The challenge now is for buyers to buy without pushing up. It’s called the accumulation phase.

chutes, Parkmead Group is not finished, they made a strategic decision to reduce costs on a project that wasn't worth it, lets call that good or better management than previous.

The price movement suggests getting weak share holders to let go before the re-rate to fair value (20 or 30 pence first then more later).

Tom Cross needs to get act together to make his 25 million shares (25% of mc) worth something. If he is as self centred and money grabbing as you beleive then I would guess that he also wants the value from his holding to be tangible.

Having said all of that ... the reported net profit for 2022 (before impairments)was £4m ..... so the current market cap is about half of what you would reasonably expect it to be.

Also, PMG did increase its stake in Skerryvore to 50% and seems intent on continuing as Operator ...which could be massive for the Company.

As I say ... there is always a carrot dangling.

TC has played PMG investors as fools for years now.
Cleverly he always leaves one carrot dangling .. there have been a string of them ... now its Skerryvore.
Everyone of them has eventually become a huge impairment charge.
He seems to be collecting tax losses.

TC's main interest is not PMG ... its land and property.
For example ... the PMG headquarters building in Aberdeen is held under a separate TC owned company ... however PMG pays rent for that building to the separate TC company.
Thus that building is fully paid off by PMG shareholders for the benefit of TC who owns the building separately.

He's using PMG as a tax avoidance shell on his other interests ..and for steady cash from the nat gas ... much of which he pays to himself as salary.

PMG was formed circa 20 years ago .... turnover still only around £10m ...says it all really !

I just cannot believe that after all the promise this company showed over 12 years ago, all the shouting that was done about having a slide rule over a dozen companies to take over, and banks kicking in doors, that TC has done sweet FA, I just dint get what has happened here! So did he get lucky with Dana?right place right time? His words were I started Dana with £275,000 now I have a fr bigger pot with Parkmead, we will grow this faster than we did Dana, I believe Dana was in the making in 17 years life span, it was much further ahead by a trillion miles than OmG are, they were producing tens of thousands of barrels of oil at this stage! 30,000 plus I believe a day far cry form pushing this faster than Dana
