05/9/2019 13:37 | Also from the Interims dated 29 March 19 …... 'GBP2,900,000 has been lent to Energy Management Associates Limited by The Parkmead Group Plc as at 31 December 2018. Interest charged during the period amounted to GBP37,000. (Six months to 31 December 2017: GBP11,000, Twelve months to 30 June 2018: GBP41,000). Outstanding interest due at 31 December 2018 was GBP67,000. So …. very nice revenue from that loan - better than simply leaving the money lying in the bank. | mallorca 9
05/9/2019 13:32 | I'm sure that the gov't will be very supportive re windfarm development. By the way, without development, Pitreadie Farm currently brings in just under £500k pa in revenue - so that's a revenue increase of 5% to the total group. | mallorca 9
05/9/2019 13:26 | Not connected but of some vague interest possibly...BBC reports 10 turbine wind farm at glenshimmeroch allowed on appeal. | planetgong
05/9/2019 13:20 | 11 percent see below from RNS dated 29 March 2019 'Parkmead also holding discussions with a number of leading, internationally-reno -- CNOOC's Scott facilities lie approximately 10km southeast of Parkmead's GPA project -- Parkmead now in full control of the GPA oil hub project with operatorship and 100% equity' | mallorca 9
05/9/2019 12:50 | Any more for the Skylark? | fardels bear
05/9/2019 12:46 | 11 percent, what do you feel will happen with GPA ? I'm SURE that I've seen an RNS where PMG state that they WILL be operator. Thanks | mallorca 9
05/9/2019 11:10 | mallorca 9 5 Sep '19 - 10:26 - 9005 of 9007 0 1 0 marvelman, that's possible , but perhaps more likely a farm in on north sea assets with PMG remaining as operator. ================ That will not happen...….Tom will do anything NOT to be an Operator...….i He is (or should I was) best at doing deals......taking a stake in a field...not being operator.....and sitting back and taking the income. This is why I fear for GPA......its a development which PMG would need to operate. It would entail a complete change for PMG as a company.....with all the initial costs. | 11_percent
05/9/2019 10:28 | They have already stated that they have had several approaches from interested parties including offers of financing - which I take to mean farm in's. | mallorca 9

05/9/2019 10:18 | Sellers arriving now Below 40p today me thinks | francoismyname
05/9/2019 10:15 | "Parkmead consists of four complementary business areas: Netherlands Gas, UK Oil and Gas, Performance Benchmarking and Economics, and Future Opportunities. The Future Opportunities area of the Company, as stated in Parkmead's 2018 annual report, will explore value-adding projects related to land, property and renewable energies" Given that the axim relating to the sum of the parts is greater than the whole does anyone have a view that TC would float off at least one of those "complimentary businesses" and use that opportunity to issue capital to fully fund it and then sell it? | marvelman
05/9/2019 10:09 | Please don't lose sight of this either …. Linda Cross has just had her £4.3m loan to Pitreadie Farm Ltd repaid to her in PARKMEAD SHARES. Also , Kevan Smith has sold his 25% stake in Pitreadie Farm for 295,000 PARKMEAD SHARES. They have a very big incentive to see the share price grow from here. | mallorca 9
05/9/2019 09:38 | Yep - I'm sure that will happen. In all honesty , with all the uncertainty in O&G and so many Co's there in trouble, I think PMG has been focusing on renewables. It's another block in place and still no debt. I just wish that he'd commit to a quarterly operational update. I am going to ask him to do so. | mallorca 9
05/9/2019 09:33 | It very much depends on that Scott tie in though. With that agreed and production started the rest of the assets will follow along nicely. | fardels bear
05/9/2019 09:26 | Well, I suppose we all have to either put up or shut up. I still see PMG becoming a major player in the North Sea with the additional arms of onshore gas and renewables energy. I think most will agree that it wouldn't take all that much in terms of an exploration / production RNS to take this share price to £1. | mallorca 9
05/9/2019 09:16 | Take a look at RRE though. It's not even valued at the cash in the bank. And it's producing 22k boepd. | fardels bear
05/9/2019 09:10 | Fardels … the current M/C massively undervalues the assets. Even the recent land purchase adds over £8m in assets to the balance sheet. The full year results are not too far away. I hope and expect that the share price will be much higher by then. I share everyone's distaste in the recent inter Co / wife bail out and I have written to Tom (no reply yet) however, this land purchase could in future be seen as a very positive development if / when a planning application is made. The value of the land will rise significantly. Renewables is a big area now with the UK Government having signed up to become carbon neutral - all help and incentives will be offered to renewables companies. It's another arm to PMG's business and , had it not been for the wife thing / dilution but rather a straight land purchase then we may be applauding it. Platypus gas production is now coming into view too and expect Netherlands drilling to take place. I still wouldn't underestimate Tom Cross. | mallorca 9
05/9/2019 09:03 | Your ten thou showing as a sell, mally. | fardels bear
05/9/2019 08:58 | Busterposh, you are wrong. Although TC can obviously block a scheme of arrangement, a normal takeover bid can still happen. All it takes is gaining over 50% of the shares. A bidder would then be able to replace the board sacking TC and possibly taking legal action against him. All the assets of the company could be sold off and the cash handed back to shareholders. With PMG around 40p I think people will be looking at it. | kinwah
05/9/2019 08:58 | No new speedboat if it isn't though mally. | fardels bear
05/9/2019 08:57 | Good morning all, I've just bought another 10k shares. I decided that this will be looked back upon as a very good buying opportunity. | mallorca 9
05/9/2019 08:06 | Good morning trolls, scammmers and very ugly people...….I think that about cvers everyone...… Still don't have my head round the Tipperty Farm thing, so will have a look. | 11_percent
05/9/2019 07:36 | That's a very amateurish attempt at deramping. Have a look at some of the masters on here and set your sights a lot higher. | fardels bear
05/9/2019 06:55 | Surely this has to go lower now. | glavey |
