Guess Tom is focussing on developing his wife's business at the moment - with PMG cash.

This one can probably just tick over now until 2021.

The share price was circa 80p in May 2018.

With absolutely no operational news flow since apart from the statutory interims (cut and paste job) we're now back at just over 50p.

This is effectively a private Co which uses shareholder funds to fund other business ventures.

Tom's heart is no longer in oil and gas.

So Tom has tied up £3m of PMG funds in providing an unsecured £3m loan to his other business venture at 2.5% interest.

Problem here is that there is no one to hold Tom to account.

Apart from statutory news releases (which are largely cut and paste of a previous versions), this may as well be privately owned.

I think that is how Tom see's it.

Absolutely terrible Investor Relations.
Treats shareholders with absolute contempt.

This share price only seems to rise on IC articles.

If you like your oil shares then you really would be better of in ENQ .. at least they are aggressively seeking growth.
