Indeed - RNS is vague, a singer, some revenue, but it tries to spell out exactly what is being achieved in terms of revenue allocation which seems to be more tightly controlled then RNS's of the past.

Don't forget at these price levels even £100k 'contribution' represents 33% of the whole market cap.

Perhaps more importantly, we live to fight another day at least

Am I seeing things, or is there a RNS out this morning?? Can we guess who the singer is? RNS is quite vague but at least this provides a little evidence that perhaps the music business might have a future!

Mister MD - Looking at the below (athough this is from year 2000):


It appears that the standard for 50 - 75x NMS is 5 working days, timing can be set to be automatic. So we may need to wait until next week for the delayed sell to appear.

The NMS (supposedly) is 1500 for PAA, but MM's were locked on auto sell side to 100 shares prior to the fall.

So, assuming above is true we'd be looking for a singular trade in region of 75,000 to 112,500. Given 3% is 90,000 I'm narrowing the same to somewhere between 75,000 and 90,000. We shall see.. but most seemingly already absorbed assuming it's not day traders buying.

Very few people held 2.25-2.99 % of equity. If it was one of those named above with 3%+ we'll get an RNS.

Mister MD - The company is valued as worthless, which perhaps is about right at present. Seemingly no bad news in the offing, it's looking more like a large sell - perhaps at 9p, yet to be listed. Not many people could sell large quantities probably circa 2 - 3?

No director support, no update on golf or new music, it's not suprising someone called it a day. That said I'd normally buy this solely on the basis of chart formation (the legendary golden cross, and a strong one at that, is coming assuming it doesn't delist), but I need a sniff of positive news.

twodegrees - there are several possibilities:
a) Someones seen news thats not good re:funding
b) A large sell (delayed) will be reported after hours (Market has been illiquid on sell side for ages)
c) Someones seen news thats not good re:company closing

So in the finals they said "PMG is in current discussions with creditors concerning non-current debts of approximately £2.0m that are no longer deemed payable" but no mention of that now in the interims?

With net current liabilities of over £3m and just £15k(1ol) in current assets, if those creditors aren't in a good mood it wouldn't be surprising to see them file a winding up petition, and then it's probably all over.

Music biz looks absolutely tiny. Only a big golf deal can save them IMO and even then I'd say odds of shareholders ever getting anything is pretty slim.

Note from FY 2014 results, directors salaries totalled £266,000, including £221,000 for DC and £15,000 for a family member (wife / daughter?).

Presumably they have been cut back in line with the vastly reduced workload / turnover in H1 2015?

Still releasing results on last possible day, despite strong criticism and share price collapse when they missed the deadline and got suspended? Classy establishment.

Now down to £19,000 of assets to pay £3,383,000 of bills. Thus the market cap is effectively £3.8m at the moment (would cost a buyer £3.8m to pay 14p per share and pay the bills).

Indeed, well there are two events we need to get up and running:

PMG is in active discussion with various potential title sponsors of the Championship, which is planned to take place in 2016 after a year of absence from the European Tour. PMG looks forward to once again promoting a first class event on the European Tour.

It would certainly bring about a dramatic shift in reported result should the two events run with sponsorship agreements well in advance of the event taking place.

Revenue contribution unknown for these new music events, but it establishes credibility and hopefully continued relationship with Live Nation. I can't see how the company can avoid another placement of shares, the only question is at what price....and when

nice initiative. not sure how it will translate into revenue streams and profitability though. How many times have we read "remaining postive" and "undoubted potential" etc ..?! The focus is clearly on music now, but important to get the Championship up and running again in my opinion...

Big shout out to YouTube and Live Nation who made this all possible - they are committed through their new initiative called "Center Stage" to help YouTube musicians to play concerts with major acts (like Bon Jovi) - it's such a great initiative to help bands get exposure in the non-virtual world and especially for fans to see their YouTube stars on stage and then actually talk to them (in the flesh) at 'meet & greet' events (post)-concert. I saw a lot of hugs and smiling faces this weekend - it was lovely.

Highlights


o Agreed high profile sponsorship for a US chart topping indie band's concerts in HK and Malaysia;

o Secured underwriting for an annual dance music event in Tokyo in 2016 and beyond; and

o Launched a collaboration with Google/YouTube to create CentreStage in Asia, the first edition of which took place at a leading American rock band's concert in Indonesia on 11 September 2015.

Results due by Wednesday. I've got low hopes... lets just leave it at that(!)

PGA European events will not be confirmed until November so a while to wait on that news. This is my view BTW, i've not requested any update for a while.
