Raising a glass at a bar relentlessly doesn't make you feel great the next day either

I think it's time for Darren to change or reword his pinned tweet.

"Raising the bar gently, but relentlessly, has the same effect on the growth of a business as compound interest has on your wealth"

Kind of has a whiff of taking the p*ss at the moment for long termers.

You could buy 500k below 4p when it dropped, so expect a chunky sell

Me neither mikeh.

I wonder if he will hive off Mantaros best asset into another vehicle and leave the main company with pure wildcat exploration 😏

Darren Hazelwood, Chief Executive Officer, commented "I'm looking forward to working with our shareholders and team at Mantaro. We are focusing our attention on the potential of our existing asset base. The Golden Hill Property has delivered strong results and we are carrying out a review of the wider in-country potential of other projects. Our permits are now in place for our maiden drill program at Santas Gloria and I look forward to updating the market on progress in due course".It doesn't fill me with confidence that attention is moving away from PALM.

Cheers xow.

He says there will be no impact on this company by also being a Ceo elsewhere but he would say that wouldn't he.
I don't see how that is at all possible.

Darren's post ' is more about current market conditions than anything Panther have done, that’s the stop/start nature of our exploration programs.'

That has been my point in earlier posts.

Darren Hazelwood, [13/02/2023 18:51]
Picax, we are an exploration company so dilution is an inevitable part of the journey.
We’ve worked our exploration assets to a point where we either have very interesting and encouraging results that indicate we are in exactly the right location or following other work they are drill ready.
I personally own around 5% of Panther all paid for by my own money, at these levels I’ve stated I’ll not be raising, our two investments alone add up to the sum total of our market capital.
It would be wrong to dilute those investments for all investors by doing a raise at these levels. The per share value of those holdings is around 4.3p, increase shares in issue by 10% and that decreases the value per share of those holdings by 10%, not an acceptable situation.
If I felt our asset base was on the weak side I’d probably have no choice but to dilute, that’s not the case, it’s worth fighting every inch of the way to secure the inherent value whilst securing the required funding to allow us to remove one of the biggest criticism’s of the business, that I agree with but is more about current market conditions than anything Panther have done, that’s the stop/start nature of our exploration programs.
Everything is in hand, we have multiple options.
All the above is based on where Panther Metals Plc and the market sits today.
Fulcrum list tomorrow.

Welcome to the new members, I do post from time to time. This isn’t a love in, ultimately we are all here to make money, feel free to be open in debating Panther.
I’ll be as open and honest as I can within the legal framework dictated by the market.

Darren Hazelwood, [13/02/2023 14:19]
All, today it’s been announced on the TSXV that I have taken over as CEO of Mantaro Precious Metals.
Out of respect to everyone in here I felt this is the one and only place that I’ll comment.
I’ve had discussions with our board, and in great depth with our chairman, personally I’ve always been extremely uncomfortable with anyone holding this position in more than one company.
Panther are in a great position as a business, the best ever in my view, a broader plan is in place that is understood and 100% backed by our board, I’ll not be commenting further other than to say if I felt this was in anyway potentially in detriment to Panther I wouldn’t have taken the position.
Thanks all

Thanks for the link xow 👍

Things are looking up. Someone splashed out £250 for some shares so at least not another day of zero.
