A good bit of news...yet you have to finish off your praise with that statement.

Typical!

Xow, Darren knows how badly the last raising hurt sentiment here and is still hurting sentiment. Wrong time, wrong price, too much and weasle warrants.
Thus by saying that I think he is hoping to tempt shareholders back in and keep more holders from exiting.
But the statement is only true at the moment. Everyone knows that Palm are going to need more drilling cash before the year is out and if the share price has not improved then shareholders will fear getting their trousers taken down again.
Making a statement like that is unlikely to make an ounce of difference. A coherent plan with vision on how and what things are going to be funded might.

Absolutely - I mean, which CEO is gong to say "I reckon we'll need a placing in about 3 months"

"We currently have no plans for a capital raise".

Why make a statement like that? Sounds like it is not too far off

Fulcrum Metals plc (AIM: FMET), a multi-commodity minerals exploration company, is pleased to announce its proposed admission to trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange (the "IPO") and conditional placing ("the Placing") of 17,142,857 new Ordinary Shares at 17.5 pence per Ordinary Share to raise gross proceeds of £3 million ("the Placing").

It is expected that Admission to AIM and dealings in the Company's Ordinary Shares on AIM will commence at 8:00am on 14 February 2023 ("Admission") under the ticker "FMET" with a market capitalisation at the Placing Price of £8.725million.

PALM's take on it

Upon Admission Panther will hold a total of 9,971,839 ordinary shares in Fulcrum representing a 20% interest in the entire issued share capital of Fulcrum, valuing Panther's interest at £1.745m at the Placing Price. In addition, Panther hold a total 714,286 warrants exercisable at 17.5p with a two-year life from the date of Admission and a further 476,190 warrants exercisable at 26.25p with a three-year life.

The Admission of Fulcrum concludes the sale of the Big Bear Project as announced 7 April 2022. Panther retains a 2% net smelter return ("NSR") royalty over the Big Bear Project and is in receipt of a £200,000 cash payment from Fulcrum.

Good news this morning finally with the Fulcrum listing. Good bit of business by Darren.

10.5% originally or 10.5m?

I am not sure xow, 10.5m originally.

I am trying to cast my mind back to a share I once held but can't quite remember which it was but it often showed many Peel Hunt holdings rns per week and sometimes per day. I seem to remember it wasn't a profitable share for me.
All very odd indeed 🤔

Memory has gone, where did Peel Hunt get 7.5m shares from? They aren't listed as a shareholder on the website.

"If the market doesn’t want to reward success so be it"

I think that depends on a definition of success, doesn't it.

Yes, two VMS's were found, but Survey grades don't exactly blow the doors off, and Wishbone has just 2m of commercial-looking grades in one of the three wells, at least as I read the RNS.

Meanwhile Awkward has been touted as a perfect clear geophysical lookalike to a PGE Ni Cu mine further south, and yet from 3 wells a shallow graphite discovery was the only thing mentioned in the RNS.

Dotted Lake, about which we heard much of its fantastic location for gold exploration from regional analogues has been spun into a Ni-Cu prospect because of Palladium One's findings from a licence a few km away. The case for Ni-Cu was made on a Stockbox interview, but the slides used haven't appeared in a presentation or media clip on the website, and the piece about Dotted Lake is still all about gold on the website. If you didn't see the interview at the time, you'd never know it existed.

I like Mr Hazlewood's enthusiasm and passion, and despite the awful placing last year (too late, too low, and too big) I still feel he appreciates and supports retail investors. But based on what's been published, what exactly should the market reward?

@darrenhazelwood

If the market doesn’t want to reward success so be it.
I’m prepared to do what’s required to unlock the underlying value in this business to the benefit of shareholders.
Multiple options and our exploration portfolio is so strong it’s going to get whatever is needed.

I sense frustration in the latest tweet from Darren but as I said at the time the raise was a kicker for lots of shareholders who believed such a poorly timed raise would not happen and especially in such a large one off with weasle warrants attached.
It's still hurting many and most PIs aren't going to risk more on those drilling results.
Darren thinks they were good but the market is yet to agree.
Anyway he is going to do his best to get value for shareholders. Let's hope so as I don't break even until about 11p 😏🙄😡
