I believe most companies say that but most small companies don't achieve it.

'Create value for our shareholders'.

As the market gets going then I believe the share price will follow.

'It is expected that the prospectus will be published on 15 August 2022 and Admission will take place at 8.00 a.m. on 17 August 2022, with dealings in the Placing Shares on the LSE's Main Market for listed securities also commence at 8.00 a.m. on 17 August 2022.

Each Placing Share will be issued with one warrant attached entitling the holder to subscribe for one new ordinary share at a price of 8.5 pence (the "Warrants"). The Warrants have a life of 36 months from the date of Admission and are subject to an accelerator so that in the event that the Company's shares trade at a volume weighted average price of 20 pence or more for five of more trading days (the "Accelerator Target") the Company is obligated to give notice to holders of the Warrants that any outstanding Warrants must be exercised within 14 calendar days' and on 14 calendar days' settlement terms. If the Accelerator Target is achieved, any Warrants not so exercised will lapse. '

Hmm....8.5 p quite good for anyone new to this, has to be said.

And 20p for 5 or more trading days ... 'The Accelerator target'....makes you wonder why they would be so specific.

Interesting times.

Oh rubbish soul you have always been Mr Misery on any share we happen to cross paths on. I m afraid any poster who gets disenchanted with their investment tends to blame everyone but themselves. I was in this company before did my research and left at a good point for me. I’m not rubbing your nose in it but you’re the one being rude.
Of course it’s wise to look again to see if anything’s changed from when l was in before. I was polite to you before ....now please don’t address me again. You’re just a stale bull.

Institutions don't usually buy in companies with a M/C of less than £100m

Well I wasn't going to post again today but after that post above I just have to comment!

If you look at pretty much every other gold miner out there they have followed the same pattern.
Others like ours are rising today as well.
To blame the CEO and management is just not on!

It is as ever a macro thing.
Also nobody forced you to buy when you did and you could have sold higher up!

yes the warrants at 8.5p could be a problem when / if it get's there. That's was my thinking to get in below the placing price of 5.5p, but understand why long termers but be very angry at the way the CEO has performed.

Oh if only drilling was that easy onehanded.
Yes we have 15 holes to drop but they could all easily fail.
Yes we found a VMS at Wishbone but missed the sweet spot, if indeed there is a sweet spot.
Of the drilling locations Awkward looks the best so fingers crossed.
The unfortunate thing is that even if we manage to find anything the CEO has stupidly loaded warrants up at 8.5p just to turn the knife a bit more for long termers.

soulsauce - oh lets hope my pants stay up! So would like the management to start buying shares with their own money then, so they get pain as well if it goes south. Surely at some time the many drilling sites must find something in a quantity to push the share price on. Will watch and hold.... thanks ... can see why longer term holders unhappy. CEO needs to delivery then....

onehanded a lot of long term investors have enough after believing in the CEO and his plan as much as the assets, and kept topping up from the lows of 3p right up to 15p.
That same CEO has recently torn up his beliefs and original plan, knocked his credibility and pulled long term shareholders pants down and bent them over.
Do you think that is conducive to buying more?

I am a new invertor here as this came up as a possible buy in the share club news letter. It was highlighted due to placing and the news about the many drilling projects. Of course this is a high risk play, but only needs 1 / 2 hits on drilling to see a big share price rise. Not to sure what when on before but now fully funded for the drilling. Below 5.5p does seem a good entry point. Not sure why holders from above 5.5p would not average down before the placing Aug 17th at 5.5p with warrants at 8.5p.

That is not going to be the case.
I am just getting up to speed myself.

I am sorry that you have suffered in recent times with this share price and hope that
you aren't going to show your resentment here.
That can be my last post today unless there's news.

I will just add that I think these are a good place to be and wish you well.

Oh no not this again.

For all other long term shareholders, hazl is going to fill the BB up with old information and links, even links that are in the header, apparently for their own research :-/

Get ready for going from a couple of posts a week to 20 a day.
