Thanks soul, I expect Fulcrum will bring good assets to the IPO / and 20% could turn out to be a very smart deal. Cant judge a deal until you have seen all of it.

At a share price of 12p I find I can convince myself more easily than at when it was 8p 3 weeks ago, spud ;-)

When it's 24p, I'll see myself as an investing God, ha ha

I would prefer a simple sale.as it would prove the real worth to me. and developing something else with the received means. that I would be able to understand. this all is an "expert" modern financial fog to me. I am glad you all get it.

Kaos Kerim didn't leave he just went to look after the Australian side of Palm and take further root there.
You could argue he has left Ariana in that respect, the amount of time he spends with their operations.

No bigglesbingham the plan here is to develop a company with minimal dilution. If he was following Sener we would already have 5x the shares in circulation.
Neither is he selling a huge stake in a producing asset and keeping the bulk of that money in a bank losing value while issuing more shares 😉

I know I see the world different . On Palm I was saying:

- assets drifting away
- KS drifted away
- what is the operational team
- lack of real action in reasonable time period

all issues were glossed over with a superb DH and expert talk. When KS left it was a big red light. Different views. Whom should I trust?

But as I am half stupid and simple - to me is simple - the right mix is high quality assets, operational people, means and loyalty

then I checked Palm on assets movements, operational team, means and loyalty... were they long living and delivering as promised and hoped for?

but hey ho - you are rich and successful - I must be wrong. I am trying to get the right perspective and learn. Also through BB discussions

Bigglesbingham - "Dilution is inevitable if they are going to seriously develop anything as I don’t see any other way of doing that"

If you've listened to Darren through the years, and cut through the blether to get the insights, you'll know he doesn't intend to seriously develop anything.

He's always said PALM is an exploration company. Once a property is proved up, or he can't add significant value through limited spend, he'll flip it.

No divesting by taking minority stake in many operations. Dilution is inevitable if they are going to seriously develop anything as I don't see any other way of doing that. 30% panther AUS, 20% fulcrum, 100% main op in Canada. He's worked closely with Sener and it's clear he's an advocate.

Made a nice turn on Big Bear and still have a bit of the profits if it comes off down the line, and picked another nice property up for peanuts.

kaos - to be fair, Big Bear has sapped resources but gone nowhere since IPO. Two years ago wrmtf was advising every day on progress of drill applications and samples in the labs, and I don't recall either were ever completed. It has its own challenges with the rights of indigenous folk that need to be respected.

Maybe it's just one of those properties that look attractive for an IPO but then just shunted to the next company seeking a listing? I won't be racing to invest in Fulcrum's IPO if that's all they have.
