This hole was always to test the shear zone and the stratigraphy. It was highly unlikely that we were going to hit high grades with the first hole and I am very happy with what they have found so far, especially when added to what they have found in the soil samples.
It will now give them a lot of information to develop a proper drilling programme.
The main thing is we have proven gold hosted system to depth.

The core photos which were towards the bottom of the hole to my untrained inexpert eyes looked much better than 1% so fingers crossed on this. How good are these results so far? Cut off grades are generally 0.5% so 1% is commercial depending on the stripping ratios which are potentially favourable. Would the guys at Hemlo be rushing to ink a deal on 1% Au, absolutely no chance.

Well that looks like an excellent start. Hopefully gold will be seen across the remaining sections.

Yes astonishing when you look at it like that Spangle.

Just need a bit of luck here in Canada and this has a lot of ground to make up.

PNT up 14% in today's trading.

Now 28c versus 20c launch 5 weeks ago. Holding worth approx £2.6MM leaving less than £4MM in the market cap for Canada.

Bargain

A reply from Darren to a tweet"London gave no value to that deal, Australia understands, exactly why it was transferred. The value of our holding exceeds the total capital we have ever raised since coming to the LSE, including the listing raise.Just like our exploration targeting, we know what we are doing."

Did listen to him and he was euphoric which is totally contradictory to share price action and some posts on here. Well I thought it's worth a punt

Honestly wasn't impressed with the dumping of stock the few days prior. Leaky ship. I did not like that

Frankly the assay results weren't that good and there haven't been any TDEM graphics or otherwise explaining what they found or the real significance or where they go next. I do wonder if they actually did TDEM or DHEM. I heard some rubbish about copper sulphides not showing up on magnetics even though the principle exploration tool is airborne magnetic surveys. They did find low grade zinc sulphides no use to anyone. There was no mention at the start of drilling campaign these holes were basically fact finding geological holes, none at all.

The RNS was a non-regulatory RNS and may well not have been picked up by many.

But it's pretty extraordinary to have found a VMS deposit in the the first two holes of what was described to me as "moose pasture." Make no mistake - this has opened up a new prospective area!

Even if they'd found nothing with the first two holes, this share price move would have been irrational.

I wonder if the share price would have gone the other way entirely if Darren had gone to Eton and been called Sebastian!

Well that's disappointing. Obviously the market thought we were going to knock it out of the park with the first drills.
If only mining worked like that.
