You have mentioned him several times in the past.
Just to tease?

The username Pro_S2009 had to be retired after he endlessly ramped Helium One, Jersey Oil and Gas & Predator Oil and Gas resulting those reading and acting upon his rubbish losing between 50% and 90% of their money (to date).

Deepcut, 'the market' has been heavily influenced by the short side attack that drove us from 150 to 10p lows. Under such an attack, it is inevitable that solid long-term holders would have sold, if not traded, their holdings. The company's response has been to assure the validity of reported resources, with IERs from Netherland Sewell, Lee Keeling and Cawley Gillespie, and building on the work of market leading oil service companies SLB and Baker Hughes. Pantheon has continued to press ahead with plans to exploit and expand their well-positioned resources next to the Dalton Highway and Trans Alaska Pipeline system (TAPS), as outlined by olderwiser in post 39404 above.

We now have just one short holder, Mangrove, with c 11.3m (1%) short as at 24 Oct, reducing from about 1.53% on 11 Sept. Many think that they will want to reduce if not eliminate their short position now, and the encouraging news of Trump's support for the pipeline should not have escaped their attention. However, since their last report, the share price has increased substantially from c 17 to 28p, almost 65% so it perhaps unsurprising they have not immediately continued to reduce (As an aside, Scot recently talked with Mangrove's compliance officer, following which they clarified their position and I assume they will now be more diligent in their reporting).

As an older long-term investor myself, I can well understand your frustration and desire to benefit from your holding. Our prospects have often seemed like 'jam tomorrow', with requirements such as as Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) extending still further the development timeline before we are income generating. Given the EIS requirements were extended by Biden, there is a possibility they may be reduced by the new administration.

However, there is also a school of thought that the company could well attract bid interest, particularly on evidence of oil prospects rising towards the 3bn mark from a successful Megrez drill, plus concrete moves towards building the gas pipeline. There are not many confirmed prospects in the hands of relatively small-scale AIM oil explorers! That can only boost the SP, even if shareholders decide not to sell to the first suitor that comes along. So, hang on to your mortal coil for a year or two yet!
