20/2/2024 11:34 | Looking at Mangroves previous shorts on other companies, a very high percentage have been closed out in March before the y/end. Whilst they are in profit on their overall short, the re-entry is in a loss making position with an average of 22p costing them £150,000 per point (1p) will they be looking to close out before the funding news, or the updated NS report or even before flow test results at 88E...(which 4 days setting up and a week testing for each zone, potentially as early as the end of next week "could" see the first results although I expect they would wait for completion, but who knows... I know if I was Mangrove I would certainly be having second thoughts !!!! | sirmark
20/2/2024 11:08 | I suggest leaving the comment on psychological impacts to those who actually know what they're talking about. On fund raising, as has been pointed out to you several times and where your refusal to accept this is further evidence of your inability to accept reality, the full statement from the FD is as follows: "In accessing additional capital, Pantheon’s goal is to achieve this in the least dilutive manner for shareholders, minimising the use of equity capital and by prioritising three main alternate funding sources: (i) Vendor financing (ii) Offtaker financing and (iii) Reserve based lending. Pantheon is presently in discussions with multiple parties with respect to these potential non-equity financing alternatives. The Group will need to secure additional funding for general working capital, to cover future liabilities as they fall due and to continue to progress its key projects as planned within the 12 months following the approval of these financial statements. As previously disclosed to shareholders, the Group seeks to secure such funding by Q2 or Q3 2024, in the least dilutive manner for shareholders, ideally through one of the non equity funding sourced discussed above." You've been rightly criticised for banging on about a cash raise in Q1 as it has no basis in reality and as clearly stated, the preferred route Q2 / Q3 is from non-dilutive sources. The Chairman has said he expects news on this within Q1. You would be wise to believe him as his record on delivery to date is rather more substantial than yours. | forwood
20/2/2024 10:46 | mlf51: it's the usual battle between longs and shorts. There's been a seller for the past few days, trying to get it down further from the recent high. They've stacked 500k AQX sells onto the book above 29. Not a chance these are going to be taken atm but gives the impression of overweight sells. The uptrend has defeated them so far but is under pressure. L2 users can get a better view of the realistic book position at the 5% view. | forwood
20/2/2024 10:08 | Cor blimey, guv! "Traumatised generally means inhibited by catastrophic events, unable to take action. Can't say I've seen any of those" I suppose a fall in the share price from 140p to 10p wasn't traumatic. I suppose a fall in the share price from 140p to 10p was therapeutic. Helpfull has been criticised for predicting a cash raise in Q1 or Q2 of 2024. Does Helpfull have to admit to plagiarism? "the Group seeks to secure such funding by Q2 or Q3 2024" Not my words. Words you will find in the annual report. Be careful. | helpfull
20/2/2024 10:04 | Drip drip, still down and looks like the graph will slowly turn too. | turkey3
20/2/2024 09:32 | Deluded and ignorant. Deluded - not lovable, more an annoying irritant. Your only redeeming feature is that you are relatively polite. Denial of responsibility for share price fall - that has been your entire rationale/ intention since you first appeared here. Longs criticise for the paucity of your current insight, wilful misinformation and refusal to accept anything positive about the company, and because we have completely different objectives. Any shareholder can sell if they want to - Longs will want to sell at a profit. Ignorant - those selling shares are mostly those with a vested interest in seeing the share price fall, ie shorts. Traders may take positions accordingly, whether primarily long or short side traders. Big shareholders are not that different from small holders: For the most part holding as they take the long-term view, aiming for $5-10 a barrel value or trade sale many times the current share price Traumatised generally means inhibited by catastrophic events, unable to take action. Can't say I've seen any of those. If you are hurt by the negative reaction to your posts, there is a simple solution: Stop being negative, abandon the dark side, join the forces of light! | forwood
20/2/2024 09:25 | Nothing about the share price movements makes sense at the moment, it's in a range and will be until the funding news arrives, could be any day, and then we will see the beginning of true value.GLA | mlf51
20/2/2024 09:19 | I refer you to my previous post | mlf51
20/2/2024 08:59 | Cor blimey, guv! The loveable Helpfull is not responsible for the fall in the Pantheon share price. That is due to shareholders selling shares. Big shareholders. The people who criticise Helpfull are shareholders who cannot sell. Traumatised by potential losses. "Gervais" has sold shares. The BOD have sold shares. Those that criticise the most are raving against their own impotency. And hitting poor Helpfull with "tick downs". Ouch! Be careful. | helpfull
20/2/2024 08:42 | 180k worth of sells @ 26p+, buys @ 25.9. Either we have a background sell order sub 25.9 or the mm's have stock on their books acquired sub 25.9 from the past. Otherwise they are selling at a loss! | michaelsadvfn

20/2/2024 08:16 | Helpless, Cor blimey, guv! Your last post was not 'liked' by anyone but did attract 3 down votes. Rabbit's last post has attracted 16 votes of approval so far. The public has voted. You post nothing worth reading. Fact. Be careful. | michaelsadvfn
20/2/2024 08:12 | Pro getting hammered again on PRD this morning. Poor geezer | padamster
20/2/2024 01:50 | Helpless should be more worried about his trade. News on vendor financing or buy in soon, will send this soaring. | forwood
19/2/2024 21:04 | Helpful has now called for a cash raise about 200times. We are all still waiting for the one he called within a matter of days in December. He has tried to throw in some technical gibberish and failed, so all he has now is repeating the placing line.Meanwhile in the real world Pantheon don't need big amounts of cash until mid 2025. David Hobbs has repeated numerous times that vendors/ off takers have guided to covering all costs to first production through vendor financing/off-take agreements.Type curves intimate gap between cash sink for first production and self sufficiency minimal.Any small raises likely covered by billionaire and mug punter Lord Michael Spencer. Spoiler alert! Last placing resulted in a 10% rise on day of announcement.Despera | rabito79

19/2/2024 16:16 | Good that fund managers are showing interest in Pantheon. This Voxmark interview with Gervais Willaims from Prenier Mitton notes:... the Giant fields..Kodiak billion barrels contingent resources...the key advantage of drilling from the 'main road' year round and thus 'the opportunity to expand at a much faster rate than many competitors'. Talked about the fund raise and possibly a throwaway remark about taking some profits already, but continues with this: 'These are the kind of companies, which when you've got a whole portfolio, you want things which are less correlated and you've got giant upside...not many people looking at it very closely because there are so many mainstream large companies that people can buy and overlooked versus the risk reward ratio and that's why it's in the portfolio...[intervi Let's have more! US continues to trade at the eqivalent of 28p. What do they know? We continue to be volatile with a persistent seller taking us down whenever the offer rises to c 27 | forwood |
