Did they flow it for 9 months.....was the flow the same....... of course not.


They have not proven commerciality, which is why PANR have Zero reserves and Zero production.

I don't think I read 6p on here ow2, but I did read 10p. Either way, didn't the share price fall from 130p to 10.2p? Which wasn't very far from 6p, do you agree?

The elephant in the room, as it has been ever since the magnitude of the required money was laid bare (although as you know, with building projects, the required money invariably keeps going up) was how they are going to raise the money. You might have noticed that we are in a ferocious bear market that sees no sign of relenting. The lenders of money will most certainly claim their pounds of flesh. To think otherwise would be incredibly naive and inexperienced.

Cat accept, of course, no surprises here, it is referenced in the companies statements and presentations, what it does not define is the financing type.

When so many options exist, to consider placing as the only option would be typically foolhardy.

What has been announced is they will minimize dilution, and that only some of the identified funds are needed in the early stages of capital light planning, such as applying for a TAPS hot tap permit.

IMO serious fund raising for the construction stage, and testing of the chimney in the form of a significant placing, would sensibly come after the Aphun NSAI and SLB production modelling are complete, around the middle/late next year perhaps

In the hands of an experienced team recently bolstered by 3 significant high level appointments, including a strategist. There is reason to be confident, the largest on land oil discovery of 2022 will be very very well managed

It is high time Oilman Jim and your cronies accepted PANR is not backed by the type of fool you normally prey on

Don't forget... ZERO PRODUCTION AND ZERO RESERVES.

All they have is a load of CONTINGENT RESOURCES.... Which means may or MAY NOT be commercially recoverable.

They have no proven reserves.... And need loads of money to try to get some proven.

Raising money to develop and prove such a big asset is not unreasonable but if I participate I will simply own more of that asset which will be sold as domestic oil is becoming very sought after.

Sensemun - see it closed at equivalent of over 25p on OTC, 1.5p (6%) higher than London close. Amazing what difference a couple of hours can make.
