22/5/2023 17:16 | I'm not a buyer at this marketcap ododod but will let the market decide if its pie in the sky or not. Have made enough friends in the guild already for my views thank you. Thanks for the note jak, from what I could see point 1 wasn't exactly bullish and it went downhill for the long case from there. Not surprised that its not widely accepted by the longs. 😂😂 | bad gateway
22/5/2023 14:48 | Michaelsadvfn, If you knew what you were talking about, you would know that all north slope fields have the same gas issue and have tried to resolve the problems with recycling the gas while stripping out the liquids. The gas is the first question any potential purchaser or partner will be addressing and whether the cost of disposal will render the field uneconomic | gemstar2
22/5/2023 13:26 | swanny, I am on record for saying I believed the option sales were a bad move. If I'd been chair, I would not have allowed it - or at least strongly discouraged them. Many disagreed with me at the time but I suspect they feel differently now. One of the sellers told me there were strong personal reasons for 2 of the directors sales. Am unsurprised they've not apologised for the sales and I don't recall anyone claiming that the shorts started before they sold. I do remember being surprised at the strike price some way above the price on the day of the announcement. You'd have thought whoever gave them that price would have wanted to see some price stability to lay off the deal rather than sell it down. Perhaps someone else did the selling down! | forwood

They will not produce from A2, future wells will be drilled and fracked so that any gas cap will be avoided. The whole of the lateral at A2 was in an oil column, not a gas column. | michaelsadvfn

22/5/2023 12:10 | Forwood, what's your view on the directors sales? Here they are doing the rounds in August 2022, grinning like Cheshire cats: 2-Aug-22 - share price of 115p 19-Aug-22 - share price of 129p The price hit a closing high of 140p on 23-Aug-22, before slowly reversing to 115p the day prior to the sale announcement. (I believe people on here at the time were attributing this to the evil deeds of the "shorters"). On 20-Sep-22 they announced they had exercised options and sold 4.2m shares at average price of 123.4p, but the share price hadn't closed above that level since 6-Sep-22. So in order to achieve that average on that many shares, at what point would they have had to start selling? I can only conclude that it must have been within a few days or immediately after they finished giving that round of interviews. (There were 8 trading days between the price hitting 140p and dropping below their average share price and just 11 trading days from the second interview). If that is not an example of a pump and dump, then what is? As for subsequent webinars, Darcon's questions put forward included numerous Qs relating to the directors sales, yet I understand none of these were referenced in any webinar. Maybe some of you are ok with this? | johnswan193
